Re: Snapped up a few of these, what's positive is that the SP rose on increased volumes (4 mln shares daily) whereas it dropped slightly on decreasing volumes prior to today...meaning people are holding, mostly, on to their shares.

Snapped up a few of these, GE deal looks transformational!SW

things to come... Although in the next few days/weeks there may be some profit taking, it is worth reiterating from the March interims..."SAWSense progress continues on a major torque related project with one of the world's largest industrial companies. This company has the in-house capability to develop, build and deploy SAWSense torque sensing solutions in multiple applications across a host of industrial sectors"I guess this is GE!"one of the largest European industrial electronic system manufacturers on a SAW application. The project has been underway for two years, with SAWSense providing paid engineering support. ... production expected to follow in the first half of calendar 2016"I guess this is SCHOTT?...worth remembering that the Co gets paid for the engineering support in the meantime. For this, and many other live projects for SawSense, IntelliSAW etc."existing automotive flexplate projects continue to progress, and there has recently been early stage interest from a new Japanese automotive customer in driveline torque sensor technology"this is for later, but still, more paid eng.support.Again, not immediate but..".torque sensor developed in the FP7 wind turbine project, now attracting early stage interest in other applications with large diameter shafts and early stage discussions with a Marine engine company expanding the potential opportunities..."So...most tires will be fitted with TRT's tags in future...Wind turbines with its sensors...probably propellers too...and I'm ignoring the other areas - "multiple applications" - now being developed with GE, GMotors, the Japanese Co, and SCHOTT in 2016 (7-8 months away).

Re: Summary let's not forget that the SP slumped from 6p to 4p on the day of the shock announcement...then it drifted downwards on very little volume whilst business was being built up.So going back to 4p, then 6p soon is not unreasonable. The GE announcment is a completely new ball game for TRT as its sensors will be pushed by one of the biggest global industrial congomerates, opening up brand new markets thus not dependent on mining companies' budgets etc.

Summary Everybody's comments make some sense but there has been a trebling of the share price which MUST mean an awful lot of buying. Speculation? Yes some of it probably is and the speculators have been and will continue to take their profits. There MUST also be a substantial degree of knowledgeable people for the jump to be so large and I feel I sort of confidence about the future with the recent announcements particularly those with agreements with large public company. With patience and a modicum of good luck I feel we will be seeing the share price up to 10p again which was the price about 18 months ago when one of the large investment trusts took a substantial holding at a discounted price of 8p if I remember correctly. They would not have invested so heavily without doing their homework!I am confident of a good gain as long as I am not expecting a quick short term gain!

Re: SELL OR HANG ON? Agree with Promarc's comments. Highly speculative buy, but it looks as if there may be enough cash flow for them not to be forced to sell. Or they may be able to sell for more than than they thought. Can't go much on the price movement - must be a very thin market - but I will be looking to buy more if LG is right.

longtermBLVR 21 May 2015

Re: SELL OR HANG ON? 6 mln quid, over 300 mln shares = 2p minimumGiven that 6 mln cash in 2-3 months however means a fully funded co, with zero dilution risk and working capital to fire on all cylinders, my guess would be that the SP would hit the previous high of 7-8p.Some people may be laughing but other, younger tech cos have P/Es of 30-40...meaning that in a year's time, even with a small profit of 2 mln, the Co could easily have a mkt cap of ...70-80 mln...from 9 mln today! In short run there will be profit taking as speculators have moved in probably but a price dip would be a buying opportunity , not a reason to panic. At 9 mln mkt cap, a capital raise of 1 mln means a 10|% dilution...not a catastrophe! We have had high volumes before but it's been a while since the SP has been rising steadily...so we could be looking at a rerating (due to reducing risk of dilution / cash running out etc). And this breathng space allows the Co to get the best possible price for IntelliSAW...so a virtuous cycle i.e. high SP allows better price for ISaw, which feeds into a higher SP.DYOR...my own time horizon is a few more years, not a few days or weeks so I can afford to ride out the dips! RSI is over 70 so we will know soon about any dips.

Re: SELL OR HANG ON? Anyone care to guess what the SP might be if Intellisaw is sold?

Promarc 21 May 2015

Re: SELL OR HANG ON? Hi SipidThat depends on your view of the business model. LG, giving a blank sell rec without reasoning is giving him/herself some wriggle room. If (as is quite possible) the share price drifts down over the next few days, the sell rec will be right. If it then moves back up again on further news/earnings update, the sell rec will still be right, as LG can then say, I advised a sell, knowing you could buy in more cheaply on the dip. Equally, we should remember there is the possibility of further funding requirements should the intellisaw sale not come off - for many this would clearly merit a sell rec. So, LG, care to show your workings? Is this a case of "strong sell" then move on elsewhere, or sell and keep an eye out for further news?FWIW, I think this is a speculative and high risk buy. There has been a lot of water under the bridge since last years earnings collapse. GE, Rema, Bosch, BHP Billiton et al are all now either paying for our kit, or partnering with us on developments, or both. We have a market cap of around £7million. Personally I think this is worth a punt and not worth the risk of being out just for a few extra shares buying on a quick dip which is difficult to time. But don't forget, if the intellisaw sale fails, there is a risk of big falls. And as folks say round these parts, DYOR. GLA. Promarc.

SELL OR HANG ON? Decisions, decisions! If I knew that the SP is going to drop again shortly I would sell but I don't.

no news... is good news...about the cash situation I mean. It's been 2 months since the interims and a few rabbits have been pulled out of the hat (but not the big one yet that will put the matter of the dilution, or not, to rest). However, with all these small contracts (in a cash-wise sense now, whereas future potential is huge) it seems the Co is making enough cash - for time being - to sustain it until it sells IntelliSAW.Another 1-2 months to wait.

longtermBLVR 01 May 2015

Re: Bosch Automotive Solutions and i-Pro... so SP around 2p...very positive as it means that:a) if Co needs to dilute us, before sale of IntelliSAW, it will sell fewer shares to raise, say, 1 millionb) it can avoid a fire sale of IntellSAW, thus getting its true value of 5-6 million ( = extra 2p per share)

longtermBLVR 01 May 2015

Re: Bosch Automotive Solutions and i-Probe this was flagged in the Co's interims in March:"A further system launched by a major European OEM at the Automechanika Show in Frankfurt last year is also now being actively marketed."So the i-Probe is now in the retail markets of the USA, Europe and the UK...how long before a steady, monthly revenue stream develops?More to come this year from SAWSense, sale of IntelliSAW, EU funds from IntelWind and Tidal wave project, so let's hope the dilution will be minimal.
