Re: BUY OR SELL AMCT/O in 2017.
Open Offer 98.9% take-up "The Open Offer has now closed in accordance with its terms. The Company has received valid acceptances from Qualifying Shareholders, including for excess applications, in respect of 24,994,835 Open Offer shares. This represents 98.9 per cent of the maximum Open Offer shares available under the Open Offer. The Company has therefore raised gross proceeds of approximately £0.56 million through the Open Offer. ""Following Admission of the Open Offer and contractual shares and in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is now comprised of 104,128,588 Ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each with voting rights."
Re: BUY OR SELL If I was starting to trade I don't think I'd start with TRP. They're going to be mired around the placing price for a while, imo.TP

Re: Open offer I can take up my entitlement for the massive sum of £1.93.....says it all really
Re: Open offer ps. Seems all bets are off this morning as we're down to the placing price now.I didn't opt for the placing myself. Just stick em back in the bottom drawer (not that there's much room left down there !)TP
Re: Open offer Ken, I did say "scale up or down....accordingly.."I also said "..assuming the sp stays the same."As for the allocation, I concede the methodology you outline is a possibility. You're obviously bitter about your losses. Not a frame of mind I embrace. Only bet what you can afford to lose is a credo worth following. Then if it all goes tots up (like this one) it doesn't matter.Keep your chin up.Best wishes, TP
Re: Open offer Been shafted enough by the bunch of Shysters running this company and have already written off my 10k investment - they can stick their open offer where the sun don't shine cause I ain't contributing any more of my money towards their wages!
Re: Open offer Theprior,Even if the share allocation is fair, it still heavily favours the new share owners. The institutions who have bought in for 2.25p may choose to buy in the open offer at the same price. They could also choose to oversubscribe by asking for two or three times their allocation.Whereas, if I elect to buy 3 times my allocation, I will still have a price in £s rather than pennies.Sometimes offers get capped at a certain multiple, and I have even seen orders above a certain threshold cancelled, thereby punishing anyone being greedy by only giving them their basic allocation. We will not know till afterwards how any over subscription requests will be handled. The second part of your post assumes that I will be able to buy nearly 200 times my 533 share allocation in the Open Offer, and that the sp will not drop following the offer. Both rather questionable in my opinion.
Re: Open offer Ken, In the unlikely event of an oversubscription the shares will be proportionately scaled back by a fixed ratio, so no preferential treatment. One thought.....current sp 2.75p offer price 2.25p. Buy 100k shares for 2250, sell em for 2750. £500 profitScale up or down and adjust profit accordingly. (Always assuming the sp stays the same)Just a thought.Otherwise buy a few and hope for the best !TP
Re: Open offer As Global Nomad has said subscribing to the placement will have little effect on anyone's average sp.I had 400,000 shares before the consolidation reduced it to 1600.So it will cost me the princely sum of £12 to buy my allocated 533 new shares. To make even a reasonable dent in my average sp I should need to purchase over 50,000 Open Offer shares, but there is no guarantee that I would get them, even if I were stupid enough to apply.I expect there to be massive potential to over subscribe for this offer, but how do we know that the shares will be allocated fairly, and not in favour of the new shareholders?
