Museum Pieces As the assorted IVTs purr to a halt for the last time and Adam '20p' Robson with his fellow directors box up the debris from Aston Way, it is to be hoped that still working prototype versions will be preserved for future generations.There are few better places for this than the Deutches Museum, Munich, which specialises in exhibits from science and technology:www.deutsches-museum.de/en/The Road Transport section would seem appropriate, under 'early 20th C powertrain curiosities.'Hopefully the administrators will run to the cost of postage.

Going Concern It their 2017 report in the Annual Accounts , Tototrak's auditors said that they doubted they could confirm the company had 'going concern' status. What is it that investors did not understand?

1) Company directors are bound to put a favourable light on things, so take what they say with a pinch of salt. Just because Institutional investors are buying the shares it does not mean it is a good bet.(2) Read the accounts, and checka) Does the company generate both profit and cash?(b) is cash generated from operating activities greater than net profit?(c) Has the company got a net cash surplus or a small amount of debt?If the answer to all three questions is 'yes' then consider investing; a single 'no' should put you off. In their 2016 accounts Torotrak said they had issued a pile of shares at 10p per share and the largest shareholders were: Aviva investing 63.5m, Henderson Global Investing 40.2m, Barclays Wealth 20.3m and Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management 18.5m.On 27 April 2017 I wrote on this BB that as Tototrak was financially worthless and the shares were trading at 0.88p per share, this price was something as a bargain. Today they trade at 0.075p per share, less than one-tenth of the bargain. I am afraid the obvious has been known for some time.
