Re: YEEHAA! Trigger rides again, whose t... I think the discussion has been interesting despite some thread drift. Thanks folks.

Re: YEEHAA! Trigger rides again, whose t... I think Tricor is a very risky investment with a very bad history of making bad decisions and therefore wasting investors money. I will sell soon and never buy again; plenty of other more reputable companies even in Aim.

Re: YEEHAA! Trigger rides again, whose t... I can't imagine Tricor admitting on the accounts on the web site that they swindled investors, thats very strange!!Thank you for putting one mind at ease, with your submission that it would be too strong to say swindled and that it is infact a dupe. One need not say any more on this topic, as One already knew without looking through the pages of the accounts that one was correct. No need to thank me for helping you find the answer to your question,it was my privilage.HEHEHE)Happy Easter folks! or is that all a swindle too. Lol

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... Well they said it was in the accounts on the website so one can check it out. Following your line of thinking; Tricor investors have been duped, not swindled although swindled is a synonym of duped.

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... You can't really take the lse posts seriously,as they have not researched enough to bring any evidence forward in the discussions.also from the 25th march 2015 to 1st april Bt(bt.a) shares lost over £36million,where they swindling?Tricor have also had changes in management over the years and most of the issues of the company lies with the older members of the management. You cannot deny that there is a big difference in the sand projects in comparison with past ventures of Tricor. And although losses are seen on the accounts, the bigger picture is being missed.Back to the topic of the day,you cannot in law claim because you feel swindled,in the same respect you cannot prosecute someone because you (feel)like you have been punched, ABH means actual bodily harm. so if there is not actual proof then it cannot be that people where swindled.only duped.:-P

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... From ADSL Tricor bb today (username BigBad Bobby) "In recent years this company has cost shareholders an accumulated total of £58million in losses.Read those accounts (found on the website) and weep."How is that for being swindled!

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... To try and get back on track:Tricor has never had any success in anything it has undertaken from telecoms to glasses to sand etc. All this changing around and several issues of equity have some aspects of being swindled. Not being succesful in anything is like never finding any commercially feasible oil each time you drill. In either scenario do management really do their homework before setting up a company? If not it smacks of swindling but then I suppose one should never trust them!

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... what is an iron separation plant if it is not an asset? Also on the subject of oil,all costs for transporting sand will be much cheaper now due to the fall in oil prices. Thus creating more profit for Tricor:-Pcan I assume that as no one is sticking with the question that was asked by Lehire, that, that subject has been quickly dropped from the discussions?. Lol:-P

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... Hopefully when buying Oil Gas and Mining shares that company has an asset of some sort.Tricor has nothing.

SugaToyBoyDaddy 02 Apr 2015

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... Its not too many actually,Its somewhere in the region of 128.97 million plus the shares added for the £200,000 investment. You can find the real figures written somewhere in the RNS's. and also on google finance.

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... I have posted the same question on the trp bb. On there CharlieHarper mentions the large number of shares in circulation being problematic and the same is true of tric I think. Even with consolidation a while back how many shares have they in circulation at present? I am not sure where to find such information.

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... Not meaning to appear rude, but was the question asked by Lehire was--(Would it be too strong to say that Tricor and its management are swindlers? As for shares for friends, we have had that debate and it was proved that the friends costs would be around the 12p per share, if I remember rightly.

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... From what I can glean from other soruces it seems that the sort of comment Jaknife has made applies to oil, gas and mining more than any other types of share.

JakNife 02 Apr 2015

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... The company does not exist to make a profit for its ordinary shareholders. It exists so that a boiler room somewhere can call mugs and get them to buy shares at the current market price. The boiler room then buys the shares at a special bargain basement discount price direct from the company itself or from one of the company's special best friends who has an arrangement with the company to buy shares from the company at a massive discount. There is no genuine business here that will ever make a profit for ordinary shareholders.

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... also it is illegal to swindle a person out of their money, but as no laws have been proven to be broken by the justice system, one can only accept that they were duped in to a belief, and chose to place a bet on their new found knowledge. It might be that the person doing the dupe, actually had his own belief in the company, and was forced by the rules of AIMS to share the believed prospects of the company with the share holder. only to be disappointed himself. :-P lol
