Re: Update re. Results and Trading Updat... Any thoughts on the vat appeal and accounts please STBD?
Re: Only half a tradind day left........... 'expects'...not will....no probs
Re: Only half a tradind day left........... From last RNS "The company also stated that it expects the audited accounts to be completed by the end of January 2015."
Re: Only half a tradind day left.......... No date quoted, no need to rush.
Only half a tradind day left.......... Half a tradind day left to keep promise about publishing accounts!
I would love to sell my shares, but I only have 495 now so to get my money back I will have to wait until the shares are approximately 2gbp, patience, no problem, and I don't have to be believed!
FAO STBD and Clock STBD I hope you are correct. Time will tell. Clock - I am not disgruntled by Tricor's performance but I am disappointed in their performance.
Re: Dissappointed investor one more thing to remember is that the warrants expire in 2017. so the worse the accounts look between now and 2017,the cheaper and easier it will be to get the warrants back.I believe its a long term investment, but thats just my opinion. Also remember that the costs incurred for the sand projects are being met by the partner companies.and all the time Tricor appear to not make much money.they can claim tax back for machinery etcThey may not win the tax row with HMRC,but I think they can make them pay in other ways.
Re: Dissappointed investor Cheers Clockwurk,I think inlight of the slump in iron ore prices and the companies that took a pounding at in 2014.Tricor were better off being suspended,to sustain their share price.iron ore is now starting a possible recovery.and news from Tricor has appeared recently.regards resolving the accounts and suspension issue.Maybe there was a bit of tactics involved here in holding back the account? just a theory though.Happy new year all.
Re: Dissappointed investor Gullible. No one forces peeps to buy AIM shares...disgruntled it still is....STBD comments are welcome....
Dissappointed investor I did not sell out at a great loss. I am very disappointed (not disgruntled) in the lack of professionalism shown by this company. They just love to take advantage of gullible PIs. I thought AIM was supposed to be regulated - a joke! I have seen this last comment on other AIM share bbs on iii so, although not my own original comment, I very much agree with other posters saying the same thing.

Re: Update re. Results and Trading Update Also. The announces that Non-Executive Director Nazim Khan has resigned from the Board of Directors a while ago.I think is to make way for a new director in the new tax year 2015-16 with links to CST Shipping Inc as I mentioned in April 2014.
Update re. Results and Trading Update 31 December 2014 (incase you missed it) Tricor, the investment company focussed on the resources sector with investments in iron sand and sand trading operations in the Philippines, is still in the course of completing its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 ("audited accounts". At this time, the Company expects the audited accounts to be completed by the end of January 2015. The Company then expects to announce its interim results for the six month period to 30 September 2014 shortly after the announcement of its audited accounts. Until publication of the audited accounts and interim results, the Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended from trading on AIM. In terms of the Company's investments, and further to the announcement on 3 October 2014, operations at Tricor Environmental Pte Ltd and Tricor Minerals Pte Ltd remain suspended due to the prolonged monsoon season in the Philippines. Further announcements will be made once sustained operations have re-commenced. As also announced on 3 October 2014, Tricor continues to be in discussions with a potential investor to secure additional working capital.
