Too cheap This company surely has to be worth more than a p/e <6. The balance sheet is rock solid and the outlook appears fine.I'm happy to hold.

reaction to news Well after reading the rns this morning i certainly wasn't expecting that level of response from the sp. not suggesting they were not good results, rather that i was expecting a smaller rise on the low volume. I guess that shows how tightly held they are.

Re: price jump - That's because you are smart kudoss. Good figures as expected, certainly by the advfn bulletin boarders. There is some churning in the shares this morning as the traders take their profits. There is not a large free float so any new buying coming in now could see the shares head for £1.There was one para in the interim results which was noteworthy relating to going concern. To quote ' The current economic conditions create uncertainty particularly over (a) the level of demand for the Group's services and (b) the availability of bank finance in the foreseeable future. The Group's projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Group should be able to operate within the level of its current facility.'To me it looks as if their bank has said something along the lines of maybe wanting to reduce its lending to small companies. Although Triad currently seems to have plenty of cash they do use a facility to borrow an amount up to 90% of approved trade debtors subject to a maximum limit of £2.5m. The facility may be terminated by either party with one month's written notice.I don't think it is of any real concern but more of a guide that the business will need to keep higher cash reserves than you might expect and if the company grows then it may have to look to its shareholders rather than the bank to finance that growth.

Re: price jump - I notice. Very small company probably very difficult to get out of if there is a problem. Has a good balance sheet. Not sure I completely understand exactly what they do, but good cash position on the balance sheet although operating margin seems low for a tech?company. I have small holding on which I am doing well at the moment. Awaiting half year figures with interest.

Hello I have a small holding in these as they look great value at a P/E of 6. Having spiked at 55p I bought on the dips. 48.5p and 44p.Great results so I would have expected the upward trajectory to resume soon. Volumes are light so not one for widows and orphans.Good luck and DYOR
