Buying It looks as if someone may know something. Any thoughts? Still cheap at below 2p IMO
Update Very welcome news. Excellent prospects for the current year from existing sites but of course there will be others to develop out. It looks as if Alanby's target of 2p will be easily achieved.
Open Day Open Dat this weekend could bring sales for the second half. With a mc of less than £2m it looks as if TRAF could at last be on the way up. Other sites are being developed so the coming year could show further progress. We should at least get a modest retreating IMO.
Re: Corporate Activity A little interest seems to up the SP - what may happen if we get a RTO.
Corporate Activity Considering acquisitions, in other words a potential RTO. In any event the second half should result in a reasonable profit on the sales forecast.
Interims These should be due within the week or so but it will be the prospects rather than the figures that could be interesting. I feel sure TRAF is ideally placed for a RTO with the major shareholder holding 80%. If it is left too long the cycle will be lost.
Re: Building Properties in the area's Trafalgar are involved has seen massive increases, if the pace of development increases this could be a multibagger in the making. Interim and further progress announcment from Traf will give present shareholders the potential at present and the future.
Building Something building here ahead of the interims. The nomad has a SP of 2p and the major shareholder with 80% may be looking for a RTO
Re: Interest More buying - only small but good ahead of the interims and news?
Interest A little interest today. Deal tomorrow or included with the interims?
Deal Could be a deal on the way RTO?
Re: Allenby Capital think 400% Strange dealing for the last two days in blocks of two million I suspect most of them are T25 trades, bizzare is my trades of 200k and 100k are not appearing on ADVFN trade monitor. Any opinion someone might have
Re: Allenby Capital think 400% This is effectively a family business with the Chairman sitting on nearly 80pc and I still feel there is good reason for him to have is interest diluted by a sizeable take over. This would enable the company to grow during the cycle and give him a better chance of enjoying the benefit of a growing business.
Re: Allenby Capital think 400% Hi Bowood no worries glad it helped. Yes I agree, although I think the Directors of this company need to prove they can manage the business correctly first before any scaling up occured! They have made a right pigs ear of it to date, given property is a licence to print money at the moment even more so in the south east. It's frankly inexcusable not to be making money in the current climate. Confidence is not high with me regarding their track record to date if they cant vet and manage their contractors correctly re: "the liquidation of the contractor undertaking the construction work led to unforeseen delays, higher construction and finance costs and an eventual loss on the project."RegalPrince: I'd rather put further money into one of the more major companies who have proved they can deliver new houses on budget and on time than risk this lot messing up their small scale developments at present and seeing the way the share price has declined I think the markets agree.Fingers crossed they will prove me wrong!
Re: Allenby Capital think 400% Well positive about this investment. Cheapest plc for exposure into properties.
