3Dimensional 07 Oct 2015

12p is possible Tethys notes that Nostrum has reserved its right to propose alternative transactions to Tethys and/or to make an offerfor the share capital of Tethys on different terms to those previously announced.---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- -----Possible 100% profit in a short time on this, worst case 40%, my bank don't pay me that does yours...............3D (scooping them up)

Re: AGR are back QRB, I think the bidding war began a few days back with Oilco's potential offer. My expectation is that TPL's rebuttal this morning of Nostrum's approach will quickly lead to a firm offer from Oilco. Bearing in mind TPL's urgent need for cash the Olico offer could be received and recommended by the TPL board as early as tomorrow.Every chance of an early 8p exit here, possibly more.

AGR are back [link] only NOG hadn't gazumped Tethys with their original offer they might have something to smile about, now they just look a bit naive. I reckon we will see their original offer resubmitted in the next couple of days. Let the bidding war begin!

Thick Market Makers they obviously cannot use a calculator or understand simple maths, this stock worst case scenario should be 7.2p not 5p.Nostrums SP has had a strange move up on no volume since Friday which also coincided with Olisols proposal, I think Nostrum will try to argue that the 69 for 1 share swap was done at 500p but now the SP is 532p so Tethys holders would be better off, but when a stock can move up and down 70p who is to say it would still be at this level when or if any deal was concluded with them.......too many conditions attached to Nostrums offer and not a great deal for shareholders so I will be mighty suspicious if Tethys decide to go with them.Olisol is by far the better deal, value will come out with this deal in time as 8p for all that oil and gas is ludicrous.Less than 5hrs to go Nostrum so time to put up your offer or shut up.3D

Message for Nostrum Personnel stick your insultive, opportunistic and pitiful offer, along with your derogatory demands where the sun don't shine, because of your greed, you have just lost the chance to gain an asset far greater than yours.Never mind eh, you can always come back next year and offer us 150p..........on our terms!!3D

Re: takeover offer you can do either manx, I am expecting either another bidder to emerge a tail between the legs higher bid from Nostrum, Nostrum want us badly im told.Good luck, fwiw, if Oliso win then I intend to run my shares as this time next year I expect them to at least 15 bag from current level.3D

Free transport coming In addition to its interests in the Aral Oil Terminal, Olisol also owns the railway company responsible for the transportation of crude oil from the Aral Oil Terminal to refineries located in Shalkar, Kazakhstan. As such, Olisol is very familiar with Tethys and its assets and the environment in which it operates. The Olisol deal seems like a good match for Tethys, infrastructure is key to shipping any commodity around and the fact that Olisol own the railway company is a huge bonus for us. It would be even sweeter if Olisol put Nostrums transport costs up by 16c a barrel I think Tethys have played a good game of poker here and just when everyone thought Nostrum had the winning hand, out came the Royal flush.Interesting few days ahead and hopefully the spreadbet companies and MM keep the price where it is so I can get a skip full more in the morning Time to get the calculator out again Nostrum or do one, either way youse is a gonna have egg on yer face, choice is yours I am hoping that a cash offer of say 12p does not appear, as the current proposal from Olisol is the only way that current shareholders will ever see true value from their previous purchases. The one good thing that I believe, is that by Tethys working alongside Olisol, we will once again reach if not exceed the previous highs of 2011.Good luck yall!3D

Its nice to be wanted at last obviously any man and his dog know that TPLs assets are World class and todays SP will look laughable in a years time, if we do not receive a further bid (which I believe we will) I may even run my shares as with Olisol with us Tethys can crack on and generate great value for us with their enormous gas find. Will teach Nostrum a lesson, if they hadn't gone back on their original offer of 22c CDN, they may have won us over, but now they need to dig deeper to get my shares Let the bidding war commence and may the fairest man win 3D

Thank you Olisol 8p is better than 7p 16c CDN = 8p approx. and the Offer is not subject to either a financing condition or a due diligence condition. Further, the Transaction will afford existing shareholders of Tethys the opportunity to sell a portion of the Shares they currently hold at CDN $0.16 per Share, as well as the ability to invest in Tethys on the same terms as Olisol. "We are excited by the prospect of investing in Tethys," said Alexander Skripka, a director of Olisol. "Our proposal provides additional equity to Tethys on attractive terms. It also allows shareholders to participate, either by investing alongside us or by effecting a partial exit.Much much fairer deal than that of Nostrums, who wanted way too much for their pathetic 69 for 1 share deal of Nostrum shares with a garage full of conditions attached.Strange movement of Nostrum shares on Friday, probably the house brokers trying to convince us that because Nostrum shares are higher than the proposed 500p share swap the Nostrum deal is better, don't think so as by the time any deal with them was done Nostrum would have been trading at 450p !!!I knew there was a white knight out there somewhere All we need now is another of the interested parties to trump this latest one and its a bidding war!!!!!!!!!!3D

Re: Improved offer proposed Miles.Well done. Good find. 16c is certainly better then 14.7c and the terms don't sound quite so threatening.RNS on Monday perhaps?Bertie.

Miles Above 03 Oct 2015

Improved offer proposed Olisol, the Kazakh co-owner of the Aral Oil Terminal is proposing a constructive deal which looks much more appealing than NOG's current derisory and opportunistic offer. Potential lifeline which retains an interest in the likely upside of assets in Kaz & Tajikistan.NOG's exclusivity period ends Tuesday night so watch this space...[link]

A safe haven for the Directors Having bought into the Tethys dream two years ago at a price in the mid 40's, I was pondering about the wonderful job the Directors have done with this company. They must be thinking they deserve a bonus no doubt. After they have stuffed their pockets and the PI's, they will be wanting a safe haven of like minded people, who run things in the same way, to relax in while they spend their ill gotten gains.Syria springs to mind chaps, mind how you go................
