Tally Ho! Greetings, all.I have been extending my ex UK funds this year and came across this one. Better late than never, you say. The rather roundabout route of Miton Investment Trust for distressed and/or undervalued funds pointed the way and picked some up last month. Probably add the Aberdeen European big box warehouse this month if IPO terms acceptable.The chance of some cash distribution next year after debt reduction swung the decision.PB dyor.

Re: nobody else on this top performer? indeednot sure how much more legs its got but they are effectively liquidating although that will take years and the portfolio appears to be modestly valued and they make big distributions periodically aswellI will most likely stay with it til its wound up or thereabouts

Re: nobody else on this top performer? I have just bought into this fund. It has been outperforming the sector by very impressive amounts, year after year, yet the discount is a modest 7%!
