Re: Major shareholders Looking at the Morningstar website they list the following as major shareholders above 3%M&G Investment Funds 3 - 318,050,895Herald Inv Mgmt Ltd - 211,077,949AXA Framlington - 120,755,563Luc Van Schil - 97,520,754Jupiter Asset Management Limited - 69,190,242There is no change in major holdings of others other than Imagination dropping off the list and Luc Van Schil added to the list.I would speculate that some brokers have bought into this share below the 3% holding mark to make a quick profit. This share is going nowhere for a while until these sellers have been flushed out.
Re: Results ... and we know there's already a link with France (distributor or integrator not clear), we just don't know who or where."In 2013, the company completed a successful pilot of the SensiumVitals® system in Saint Johns Health Center, Santa Monica the pilot provided clear evidence of the systems clinical and health economic benefits. SensiumVitals® has now been deployed in trials in several hospitals in the US, UK, *** France ***, Germany, Benelux and Australia."
Re: Results Sarcoma = SurgcompAuto correct error.
Re: Results Don't think they can delay the results any longer than end of March. My guess is that they have already decided what business model they intend for Sensium. From 2015 half year results"The Board is now conducting a detailed review of the business model adopted to date, using internal resources and external advisers. This will establish in the near future the optimum way for Toumaz to secure value from the intellectual property behind the SensiumVitals® system."From 2015 Year end trading results:"A reassessment of the financial prospects for Sensium Healthcare in 2015 resulted in the Board initiating a review of strategic options for the business. Advisors have been appointed with a remit to engage with potential financial or strategic investors. This process is under way and the outcome is expected in the middle of 2016."Wit the CEO of Sarcoma buying shares in the business I would guess a joint venture of some sort is likely involving him.
Results Results 22nd March, so doesn't look likely that there will be any Sensium Update.
Re: 6% [link] partly why the French distributor has bought so many shares.......and was adding to his holding when in excess of 3p......then he got lucky when IMG needed quick cashflow! The current share price does not even cover fair value for Frontier Silicon; so any value in Sensium will make the future quite exciting again.Looking very interesting now, especially for those who have been so patient.Aps Found this link on lse and advfn boards......thanks to those who spotted it first!
6% I agree with the Drewster. Personal purchase of 6% of shares at a cost of about 2m by CEO of The Surgical Company is very positive.
Re: 6% Agree with you there. We have to be patient and the management have made a huge blunder in thinking that they can commercialise SensiumVitals in a very short space of time. SensiumVitals is where Frontier where with DAB many years ago. The market is very small, but likely to get much bigger with time as more hospitals begin to understand this new technology. The review of the strategy is welcome and I hope that they do not dispose of SensiumVitals on short term profits robbing us off any potential upside in the future.@may_sellThe Toumaz website needs a content refresh. It is woefully out of date, inconsistent and lacks the story of how SensiumVitals came about. Journalists and others will visit the site.
Re: 6% The bigger point is that many (most?) people have written off the medical side and accept it is a drain on the shareprice, yet here's someone who knows better than the rest of us put together about that side of the business willing to take a 6% stake.I'd say that was incredibly positive, the most positive news we've had for quite a while.
Re: 6% Would definitely be high on any list of cr_p websites! Also nice example of retro motivational nonsense:"The motivation of every employee is best expressed in the jointly chosen word CLIENT focusing on our common values:C CreativeL LivelyI IntegrityE EfficientN No NonsenseT Total CommitmentIt is my personal pledge to you to stimulate and coordinate this continuous effort in search of qualitative, justified and affordable products contributing to improved patient care."If I worked for Toumaz, I'd be brushing up my CV if he gets a bigger foothold...
6% Interesting as he seems to have bought them personally?[link]
Major shareholders They don't appear to have updated their Major shareholders page yet.[link] be interesting to see who has bought IMG out. With IMG out of the picture TMZ will have more freedom to chose whichever IP supplier whether it be ARM or IMG. Another plus is that we do not have a customer, supplier and a shareholder rolled into one that can influence TMZ strategy.
Re: 305m @ 1.8p Imagination Tech's stake in Toumaz is/was nearly 11% so we should see a RNS to confirm the sale soon
Re: 305m @ 1.8p Imagination Tech selling out as they have decided to exist DAB and concentrate on their core tech. Nothing but a change on business direction for Imagination Tech. They have sold their entire holding of 175,323,698 shares.
Re: 305m @ 1.8p Some of the 1.8m trades were subsequently reversed but we can be definite that the seller was Imagination Tech. On TMZ website they held 175,323,698.. we had the 175m million sold @ 1.8p this am and the balance 323696 has just gone through at same price.Be interesting to see who picked up this 10% of TMZ
