Re: research for new investors Thanks for the heads up Hez on SXX board. After thinking about it over weekend I`m in and apart from the company itself I feel comfortable with Shanks, DivMad and Philwad invested.
Re: Tidd83 latest target is 25-30p. NM. I've been sat on this for over a year a confident we would get to 30p by 2019, I'm in for the long haul here, a solid team worth investing in, GL to you all... TN
Re: Chart update todays nic charttlou appear at 6.38 min[link]
Tidd83 latest target is 25-30p. NM. .
Re: research for new investors The only bit from the post I would disagree with is fair value being 16p, I see it in the low 20s.Cheers, hez
27c equivalent 15.8p close in Oz, up 30% Great to see the significance and enormity of this project finally being recognised. Could be another special day here. GLA
Re: research for new investors Nice post from Tidd on lse, and I totally agree with it:What many seem to be forgetting here is, Tlou has sat quietly for months with little to no value being attributed for all the milestones that were being achieved. The RFP submission, the first reserves, the environmental approval, the gas to power concept on site, the JV with IPC and the mining License barely moved the price. Now all of those achievements have emalgomated to form a real company of strength with an even stronger board following the appointments of Linah and Hugh. The story is now reaching the masses and people are beginning to understand the story and the enormous potential that is available here. Couple that with imminent news which is enough to make a massive rerate and the shares are now finally seeing value realised ahead of what is to come. In regards your question, it all depends on the size of the reserves on upgrade and the size of the offtake however if all goes as Id expect then personally Id say around 25-30p. Given todays position and the gas in place Ive said all along my fair value today as things stand is 16p, if this is why when I see x is priced in etc. It needs pointing out that it really isnt. Even after todays rise the SP is trading at a discount to the existing gas in place excluding all of the other points Ive mentioned above.
Re: Chart update Following on from the chart I posted on 291017, this has broken out today from consolidating after its previous rally. This puts 14-15p in range providing the markets in general hold up.[link]
Re: research for new investors Don't forget this management team have already built and sold a billion dollar company before with CBM.Technical view from Nic Trades is a close above 11.8p breaks long term resistance, with, if I remember correctly, 15p as the next target.......
Re: research for new investors Hi Divmad,Thought I'd share the Tlou story, although I didn't feel that comfortable cross board posting. A very exciting story here. The very first post on this bb is from talk2dubya (new alias). Philwad and Shankspony are in too. I'll take a look at Kibo.Cheers
Re: research for new investors Hi hezhogg,I noticed you over on the sxx bb. Good to see an old familiar name!I recently bought into TLOU and added today. Looks a very interesting story, to sit alongside my bigger stake in Kibo, over in Tanzania, which seems to be waiting forever for its SML and PPA/Financial Closure.Still waving the flag for Sxx in my portfolio!
Re: research for new investors divmadif during your research you find anything that might be helpful please feel free to sharech
Re: research for new investors Hi Divmad, hopefully this will help:Now, who are IK Holdings?A: An Oz based company specialising in infrastructure and technical support for the delivery of gas to power projects. They introduced Tlou to GE, when GE were potentially going to partner Tlou. IPC are now partnering Tlou for the generation and transmission aspects. However, GE may still be required for generation assetsWhat relationship does IK have with TLOU currently?Longterm shareholders in Tlou. How serious is the possibility of a greenfield site 300 MW power plant being built, with TLOU's CBM resource? All permissions were granted as part and parcel of the Environmental Approval.Current mining license and EA is for 10.5% of the total area and gives Tlou the right to extract and sell the gas. Current license has enough gas for 190MW, so covers the up to 100MW and Orapa. Tlou are very confident that expanding the ML area will not be an issue. There is widespread local support, and importantly, no fracking involved.Permissions will be needed for connections to the grid but this will be granted with the up to 100MW award and PPA.The biggest factor for me is Tlou are the only ones who have gas in a commercial scale ready to deploy. And that will remain the case for years, others will always fall behind them. Plus once Tlou have access to the grid, they can start chipping away at the 8GW supply shortfall of the Southern African Power Pool.Cheers, hez
