An undervalued share , as far as one can surmise . This one seems to have so many positives and so few negatives . I would place this in my all time favoured list , behind MTT and MET . A high accolade indeed. Quick summary ; Land plots $ 11 million Cash / Bonds $ 4 milllion Martin Hage $ 0 million Bekon Group 10% share $ 10 million Estimate $ 25 million Today shares 28 million valued at $ 5 million for us mug punters , ie ask price . This should leave at least a 400% gain , usually under after dealing costs possible . Lack of trading and large share spreads are expected with these little written about shares . No brainer One of AIM's best kept secret...As some people start to realise how undervalued this company really is with assets worth roughly $21mill and $3.5mill cash!! market cap currently at around cash value!!!Also articles of association state that any new shares issued must be at NAV price. So with this share there is no chance of dilution at low prices (this is typical with AIM shares). Exciting times!!
