GOS Systems has retained its clients through the administration five months ago. 2. GOS Systems has added to its number of clients since then. 3. GOS Systems has increased the quality of its clients since then. This is in line with a point that I've made previously, that a stockmarket listing for a company often enables it to win contracts with some larger organisations who are wary of giving big contracts to smaller unlisted companies. The listing, together with the elimination of GOS's debt by the administration, to be replaced by TGL's cash, will clearly help greatly in due diligence by (potential) clients. And the increase in the number of clients is particularly significant because GOS doesn't actually have that many: it has a relatively small number of customers, who each spend a lot.

Updated GOS Systems Website Thanks to YellowSnow on LSE for this great news three days ago from GOS's website:"There have been changes to the GOS website. With some interesting stuff on it.They candidly express that GOS is growing rapidly which doesn't come as a big surprise, it's little hints like this which makes me think once they release results and announce what the future revenues will look like, the re-rating will begin.Last week tuesday I think, someone picked up £20k 's worth 4m+ shares.Looking forward to the coming months, Get stuck in people!"YellowSnow - Sat 08:32Recommend 2 | Report!!![link] are growing rapidly through an aggressive build and buy strategy targeting specialist, world-class technology businesses based around our core proposition of intelligence collection and analysis, including target identification and location.GOS Systems is part of Touchstone Gold Ltd which is listed on the AIM in London (AIM:TGL)"[link] "growing rapidly" statement is explicit confirmation of what was already being indicated, but is still great news. And coming just ahead of a trading statement for GOS ... Re: 23.3.15 MVNO RNS From the November 2014 investor presentation of GOS Systems:"Secure Communications GOS provides a suite of securecommunications systems and solutionsto government, homeland security, defence and commercial customers Invisilink is a system for governmentclients that delivers secure mobiletelephony services to ensure privacyand security for all parties The service is sold on a subscriptionbasis in the UK, and internationally it isoffered as a complete solution forbetween £350,000 and £500,000"GOS's services will increasingly be seen as essential given the current and projected security situation.Providing handsome high-margin and recurring revenues for GOS, in this high-growth and hard-to-enter market.Backed by a hugely impressive management team, and the financial muscle and deal-making ability of Stanhill Capital. And GOS's new Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) status, announced today, sets it up beautifully for a step change in turnover and size.As an MVNO, GOS is now in the same category as Virgin Mobile:"Virgin Mobile UK is a mobile phone service provider operating in the United Kingdom, and a subsidiary of Virgin Media. The company was launched by Virgin Group in 1999 as the world's first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO)."[link] with a very nice 'twist': i.e. GOS'S secure communications offering gives it a niche that is becoming increasingly sought after, but hard to deliver. The phrase 'licence to print money' springs to mind.

The MVNO agreement strengthens the GOS's capabilities in the provision of secure communications. In particular, the MVNO status enables GOS to integrate its mobile services more cost effectively and extends the growth of GOS' secure voice and covert communication management systems. Customers will benefit from a seamless, resilient and secure communications system supported and billed by GOS.Jamie Ridealgh, Chief Executive Officer of GOS, said:"We are delighted to enter into a new MNVO agreement. The arrangements further advance our strategy of growing GOS' product offering to existing and new customers as we focus on expanding our global customer footprint and increasing recurring revenue. We are well positioned to benefit from a sizeable and growing number of customers already choosing GOS, and we see firm opportunities in both the near and medium term to further accelerate our growth."Franz Forrester, COO of Touchstone commented:"Following the acquisition of GOS Systems, the nature and quality of investment opportunities that we are seeing has increased very markedly, particularly in the area of cyber security. We are pleased with the progress made by GOS Systems but also wish to inform our shareholders that we continue to review new investment opportunities."About GOS Systems-- GOS Systems is a UK security group providing a range of leading-edge tactical and strategic intelligence gathering and secure communication solutions for law enforcement, homeland security and government agencies around the world.-- GOS' intelligence gathering solutions provide real-time monitoring of cellular, voice, SMS, and IMSI and IMEI metadata.-- GOS' safe communications solution offers secure mobile telephony services to ensure privacy and security for customers."[link] stuff. They are clearly intending to grow this company very significantly, and have the expertise and backing to do it.Remember that the Chairman of GOS Systems, Peter McKee, was previously head of TRL Electronics (TRL), a similar company.TRL IPOed in July 2004 at 130p, and was taken over within two years at 360p (about £90M.), nearly three times as much.[link]
Key Attributes of Touchstone-GOS KEY ATTRIBUTES OF TOUCHSTONE-GOS (TGL): 1. Multi-million pound turnover, profitable. 5. Cash-rich. 6. Valuable patented intellectual property. 7. Further acquisitions expected. 8. Blue-sky quantum computing angle. 9. Re: 20.2.15 Placing RNS The trend in the TGL placing prices is going UP: 0.275p last April (shell refinancing), 0.38p last October (GOS Systems acquisition), and 0.4p now.And look what happened after the last two placings: they marked the bottom of a trough, and preceeded a share price doubling/trebling.My feeling (a tad cynically perhaps) is that a major purpose of this placing is to allow insiders to buy in ahead of the March trading update, and the next acquisition. Ilyas Khan in particular will have wanted to rebuy his full holding at less than the price he sold for, and I would imagine that he has now done that.I would hope therefore that this now marks the end of yo yoing troughs and spikes in the 0.4p-1p range, and that TGL can now start a relatively steady and SUSTAINED rise.
