Re: Director sales They were awarded shares, and did not sell all of them; and both have a lot of skin in the game (as our old friend LKH, who first introduced me to Treatt would say) after the sale.I'm OK with that.

It certainly rules out the miners, oil exploration & Biomed research companies which have fabulous prospects IF IF IF IF they hit the right solution (which may be after they have had to raise more money from investors.) There are plenty of profitable businesses out there.

Sale of Earth Oil Hi guys,I was very pleased to read of the probable sale of Earth Oil.IHMO the biggest risk for Treatt was the level of debt fundung required to fund the two major capital projects which are designed to underwrite its future. An extra £10 million in the kitty will prove very helpful in ameliorating this problem.There will of course be some wrenching of hands when the final results are reported for 2018 and 2019 and omit the profit that earth oil generated from the numbers.
