The combination is a reasonably compelling indication of stake building by someone, given that the increase in the BlackRock holding, which presumably came from the Schroders' stake reduction, looks as if it is insufficient to explain the total volumes.It is of course perfectly possible that a number of new institutions have come on board recently without any of them accumulating the 3% which needs to be declared.LKH at the LK Wash & Valet
Takeover? This is a first rate business and perhaps at last very fully priced, but a strong balance sheet, almost no debt, (much available if needed) and paying a small but well covered dividend. 450p seems well fair, so - ok sp has overshot a bit but what this talk of takeover?Just asking,Seadoc(It is now my biggest holding but nothing like the 40% of Sir John)
