Closed above £10.00 It will be interesting to see if the SP can push on from here.

Re: buyers v sellers Lol as my previous posts will bare witness , I love this share as perfect for a bit of range trading

Jack_Walsh 18 May 2016

Re: buyers v sellers SFBIt's also the challenge with these illiquid shared - hence the role of the MM.It will also contribute to the seemingly unfathomable swings in the SP on scant amounts of news.I'm going to put the kiss of death on this share and predict that we're in for a period of sideways movement!

Re: buyers v sellers I hear what you are saying bud source www.lse.co.uk , They are close enough figures to report as facts as far as I am concerned . Rough science and scant upto the minute facts in an ever changing environment are all we have when best trying to divine an event and time at a point in the future the more pieces of the jigsaw you see the better as far as upping your averages

Re: buyers v sellers SFBI understand how it works, my point was that it's a very inexact science. Also, I was trying to moderate your comment - in the interests of the new found harmony on this board.Smith is keeping his end of the bargain, so I thought I would also offer a bit of balance.

Re: buyers v sellers ok Dr Spock aka jack you are the last person I would have expected to bring a naive logic to the board figures are estimated based to the bid offer spread at the time of the trade and thus atributed to be a buy or a sell , every share has a house broker to mop up the difference in actual trades at any one time the will be puts and orders in the pipeline . These are shares not five pound notes ( its not exactly the same as you waiving your debit card at a cash machine and withdrawing a lady godiva as far as checks and balances are concerned ) else there wouldnt be a spread would there?

Jack_Walsh 17 May 2016

Re: buyers v sellers SFBI'm pretty sure it can only be 50% buyers and sellers. The only exception would be a new issue of shares. That said, it flirted with a tenner today.

sfbrains 17 May 2016

buyers v sellers 58% buys v 42% sells , it looks like my short hunch isnt going to make that £1.00 slide after all and am thinking we are in danger of breaching the £10.00 this week so a prudence will probably prevail in closing the trade if you did likewise ( IMHO ) for a break even and give it another go shortly

Re: Jack...... You know I have the will power to hold off when people act normal....lets see if you and the others can.Lets hope Jack can start to be adult.....maybe you can convey that to him if he truly does have me on block.I am not going to bite on anything from him now it transpires he tells porkies and can't back up what he openly declares on these BB's.At least in your favour you are credible and did back up what you publically disclosed after I doubted you.

Re: Oceanfree....... You like being selective Oceanfree........you either didn't go back far enough or you wish to mislead....I was totally transparent on the Next board with my stop loss of 7700p back in September 2015 and as you know from contract notes from my drop box I did sell some off ahead of the stop loss and further sales at the stop loss....[link] do believe in time we will see 8000p again after it becomes apparent Next may have been over cautious.Like you with TEP I am still way in front on my original entry point to not worry too much regarding the current SP as with profits taken and divi's the balance before I started buying back in recently are pretty much a free ride.

Re: Jack...... OceanfreeI see my name still popping up on posts, so I assume smith is still chuntering on!I think he may have developed a bit of an unhealthy interest in me!I'm a little worried about my open ended offer for him to message me on the link I sent him so he can drop by and confirm everything I've said.He really is a coward, as well as being very average in every other way.I know it will craze him that I can't see his posts. He's like a mad man shouting at shadows!

Re: Jack...... Psmith "In a few weeks time should I wish to post a note of caution I can do so without being abused then ?"If you can hold off the misleading negative posts until then, and post "a" note of honest caution, I guarantee you no abuse. In fact I will personally thank you for behaving like a normal person on here. Its a big offer though isn't it. On friday last week you were only going to post once a month. And we have had 5 year's worth since then.

Re: Jack...... Well I suppose if Jack read your posts on Next board, its an easy assumption for him to make. I quote....10/9/15 Took a long at 7568 - been a cash cow dont see any change for next few years03/12/15 If we have a good xmas, wont be long until we see 900009/01/16 I believe they will head over 7000 quickly back towards 8000 by summer02/3/16 I have been buying on dips below 670024/3/16 Glad I had cash to buy sub 600001/4/16 Have been buying sub 6000Next peaked at about 8000 on Dec 2nd - Next price today 5330 33% down.Nothing much in there about selling so he probably didnt know you had!!! In fact its not completely consistent with the implications of what you just posted is it!Lets hope the small investors didnt jump out of TEP into Next based on your Deep Research.LOL
