Back in @ 191.85 yesterday after downgrade hit the share price. JP Morgan Cazenove downgraded TalkTalk to neutral (from overweight) and cut its price target to 220p (from 365p).I always said I would revisit if fell below £2With 4 million customers this busines must be ripe for takeover and I am amazed Baroness Dido still in place. I will let it run but would take profit if goes into three figures

Re: Societe Generale downgrade Switched from Poundland at 229.65 on 20th for small £60+ profit when I saw Easyjet fall over a couple of days so in at 1658. See how it goes but maybe they have reached their destination as they say in the stock market its better to travel than arrive - lol Think I would only look at TalkTalk again less than £2 in takeover hope ?

Am a chartist too and trade but I confess to making a giant mistake and have used Talk Talk broadband services and in all my life I have never come across a more disgraceful and deceit full company That alone is enough to never go long here and whenever I see a short opportunity I do . I am transparent when I say I absolutely hate them and all the time and money that I have wasted calling them , I have taken back on shorting them whenever I see the opportunity - WITH GREAT PLEASURE ! ! Till they annoyed me I never even looked at the Talk Talk chart , now am in vengeance mode. So for those reasons I will never go long and just hope they will vanish . The company is a scam as anyone trying to cancel their services will know , or anyone with a technical fault will know too. Gap needs to be closed too , 217,4 needs to get closed . talk talk BURN

Re: Societe Generale downgrade sold out so over the £1000 profit to date.I know going ex-div on 19th so share price may rise before tomorrows close but as I said never be greedy and always other opportunities. I want Volkswagen again at €96 - lol. They took £300 in currency charges last time

But more of a concern to us is how quickly TalkTalk fundamentals seem to have been deteriorating even before the attack hit," the bank said.SocGen said it's pencilling in a tough second half as the company fights to save subscribers. In addition, the bank is concerned there will be little improvement into full year 2017 as weak gross adds and churn, low pricing power and sliding gross margins offset savings benefits."We assume a slow recovery at best, rising debt and a halved dividend."It said the greatest surprise from TalkTalk's first half results was just how weak the underlying business is performing.Even with savings, the bank has EBITDA down another 12% next year, leading to low medium-term margins and high debt, which could keep rising on its estimates unless the dividend is cut.The bank cut its full year 2016 dividend estimate by 50% to 8p per share and downgraded its earnings per share estimates for 2016 and 2017 by 53% and 83% respectively.At 0943 GMT, TalkTalk shares were down 1.4% to 238.60p.

Good news on the upgrades to try and keep customers but one of the hackers at the end of the program did say he and some friends had found further vulnerabilities with the Talk talk website. Expecting all markets to take a hit in the morning after events in France.Own due diligence.
