No funding Well Well Games … he now writes for the Financial Times ( under the same name ? )
Tipped today as a speculative buy Ripley94: HI devonplay . I ques VIN is one of your IT’s picks what others are in you portfolio ? Best of luck with your plan . Hi Ripley, have a portfolio of just over 50 companies, IT’s & ETF’s and 40 bonds/bond like holdings and a small portfolio of start-ups. I do hold VIN, sizable discount at the moment, but I prefer BCPT. c19% discount to NAV, just over 5% yield payed monthly. DL
Tipped today as a speculative buy tending to sit in a lot of cash at the moment waiting for the break.
Tipped today as a speculative buy I don’t really post too much because I find most people like to shout a lot and brag about what they are up to. I did a lot of work on SXX 4 years ago and since, was invested but sold all in mid 30s when the S2 financing timetable kept slipping. I run a short list of high conviction positions and had 1m SXX at the peak. If you invest in Banks and specifically Barclays then I would urge you to look at SIGC when you get the same exposure for a 25% discount. You have the Barclays dividend now so you get a free run at the discount for 6 months - if you like Banks. I am invested in EHG and VLE but there is little to chat about there for the time being.
Tipped today as a speculative buy To be honest I can’t see much value left for holders since the delays now will seriously eat into any equity value. One hopes that supply contracts do not involve penalties for not delivering volumes on time since that would render the co over, no doubt. I do think the project will continue but under new ownership - like a mix of private/private equity and will return to markets in all its glory in a year or two. It was ambitious to fund such a project publicly and private investors have been done a dis-service. In retrospect they obviously tried to use the wide share register to entice the govt into backing the project but that failed… which was the clear sign that it would be a struggle from here.
No funding Yes, Financial Times Games

Tipped today as a speculative buy A sad day but the writing was always on the wall when the govt funding unit stepped back… equity would have been the way to go… I expect the project will still go ahead but with no return to current investors.
No funding Yep – He’s mainly on the FT now – got banned from this site for some reason - summat he typed I guess.
Tipped today as a speculative buy SXX… XXXX RNS Bond issue not possible and government not willing to fund 60% fall to 3.72p at open . Massive volume 142 m … usually around 30m . Games posted going bust. Hindsight lucky i did not top up after 5th August big fall @ 8p .
No funding Hi Games . Whatever happened to LK Hyman did you read or hear anything ?
No funding [link] Looks like it is all over for the shareholder, as any possible future funding is likely to dilute the existing shareholders to ground zero. May as well sell out now, if you can that is and yield whatever money you can. Games – phew I almost took the plunge here at one stage, on the back of LK Hyman!
Tipped today as a speculative buy HI devonplay . I ques VIN is one of your IT’s picks what others are in you portfolio ? Best of luck with your plan .
