Rumour from LSE "Rumor has it buy out of 0.25 UKOG shares for each STG shares works out 0.67p for each STG share at current prices"Not a good deal, BUT STG seems to be going nowhere. All the HH co.s are linked so may be some truth. Also then UKOG could get rid of gold mines to RGM who again could swap for their equity in HH.To be honest nothing would surprise me anymore with STG. GGRRRRHHHH

Re: Placing 25th Feb 2016 There was & I did,,,, STG needs cash to either buy a bigger chunk of this before it is too pricey, or they need working capital to keep their current part of the arrangement. Now STG holders wait to see exactly what the Co is going to utilize those funds for,,, hopefully something of future worth and not just fat salaries and bonuses.
Placing 25th Feb 2016 @ 25 psurprised to not see any comments on this.
Re: RNS soon? So the cash raise !!!! wonder what that could be for !!!! Either working capital for ongoing efforts and contribution at HH, or maybe they are planning to add a further Percentage to what they have now, especially since Regency just added too.I would be surprised if it something to do with the Welsh Gold project as that has gone to sleep imo, probably related to Gold prices in general, so now more of a tickover project rather than a Co leader project, me thinks the basin potential is winning here.
Re: RNS soon? Fair point you could be right, but why don't they state this? Why not state the facts instead of leaving it ambiguous, as its all very frustrating. The gold mining part just seems to be going backwards while they carry on getting paid for sitting on their ar..s. Probably they have too many fingers in other pies and don't care.
Re: RNS soon? Morning Barmy,To give the Board and SRKES the benefit of the doubt, the statement didn't say they would publicise the Report. They may have indeed have produced the Report for the Boards consideration and have now started physical on-the-ground works. Extract from the interims as follows. The Annual Report is usually at the year end 31st December and published in mid June so, it could be another 6 months before we hear anything. If lucky, we may get some updates in the meantime.'As of September 2015, SRK Exploration Services Ltd ("SRKES" of Cardiff have been appointed as exploration contractors for the project. SRKES, in conjunction with GMOW, are currently undertaking detailed planning of an initial 12 month regional exploration programme. The programme will include geological interpretation and mapping to produce targets for follow-up. Various exploration techniques may be applied, including remote sensing, geophysical and geochemical methodologies. SRKES will produce a Competent Persons Report before the end of 2015 in support of the programme. It is expected that after logistical preparations are complete, SRKES will commence the physical on-the-ground works before the end of 2015.'All the best.YB
Re: RNS soon? BIG DISAPPOINTMENT that they have NOT kept to their word. This is a sign of poor management. They must learn to only make statements in public when they are going to honour them, SHODDY.
RNS soon? From interims in Sept:" SRKES will produce a Competent Persons Report before the end of 2015 in support of the programme"Not many days left in 2015GLAPlus plenty of HH news, hopefully positive, in next month.
