Re: Sierra Leone News: Sierra Diamonds t... RNS this morning Beaufort speculative buy @ 12.30 pm.Not sure if that's a positive. lol
Re: SDIX The one thing immediately obvious is the lack of a start date
SDIX This new SDIX exchange for diamonds may increase demand relative to gold... [link] If diamond prices increase as a consequence, this can only help STEL and other suppliers.
Re: Tongo-Tonguma deal [link] I have answered my question regarding Octea purchase of new mining equipment,From above website it appears that BSG Resources Limited (BSGR) through its subsidiary OCTÉA Limited, will develop and expand Koidu Licence.
Tongo-Tonguma deal Listening to these 2 youtube interview with Karl Smithson:In the below 1st interview at the 2nd minute interview, Karl Smithson gives the idea that the 2 operations Tongo and Tunguma will become one with one mining/processing plant.(interview below)[link] this other interview below, Karl Smithson states at the 5th minute circa that Tonguma will sell their old mining infrastructures to then go buy a new mining machinery to mine their other project, been what ????????[link] Octea Mining Limited License is combined with Stellar license under these agreement, I can't see what other asset Octea will be mining with the new equepment.
Re: laters share issue Anyone please......
Re: laters share issue None of this board participant care to comment but I will insist....========== ========== ========== ========== =====From Stellar RNS of 25/09/17Furthermore, the Company has agreed with Octea Mining to extend the longstop date (for the satisfaction of certain of the conditions precedent of the binding Tribute Mining and Revenue Agreements ( Agreements in relation to the Tongo-Tonguma mine development project in Sierra Leone, as defined in the announcement dated 28 April 2017) to 31 October 2017.========== ========== ========== ========== ====It seems to me that the Agreement Tongo-Tonguma Tribute Mining and Revenue Agreements, is not legal yet.How is it possible that Stellar uses recent Issue of Equity money to pay for some Tonguma debit like their environmental License?
Re: Sierra Leone News: Sierra Diamonds t... In today @ 3p .. been watching for a few weeks.
Re: Sierra Leone News: Sierra Diamonds t... the only thing im wary of is their lack of start date
Re: Sierra Leone News: Sierra Diamonds t... Overall, I am encouraged since I was able to buy quite a lot of extra STEL shares at 3.1p and it looks like I'll get 80% of the Excess shares I requested as well as my basic rights. This will double my holding from a few weeks ago, and halve my average price paid per share.I hope now that STEL will now be able to get the additional Project funding sought on good terms for production to commence within a year at worst.
Re: Sierra Leone News: Sierra Diamonds t... Share Prophets advise to avoid the OO did not stop it being oversubscribed.( rns today )But maybe this in the background was a reason the share price never dropped to a buy offer of 3p .Not sure of there judgement as a lot of placings they have liked have dropped under the offer price.
laters share issue ..some of this cash will go for the payments of Tonguma environment license. Is this possible even is Tongo/Tonguma agreement has not been completed yet?Or this Tongo/Tonguma thing is in place just to milk Stellar shareholders for a while, for then Stellar delisting and Octea Mining Limited inheriting also Stellar License?
Opinion.. I was reading that the Owner of Octea trough BSG Resources a privately owned company is Beny Steinmetz. Beny Steinmetz is currently been investigated for bribery. Why would Stellar need to join forces with BSG Resources, when they could develop their asset profitably in the first place, given the high grade (ct/t) of their license?
Open Offer If STEL are to move successfully into full production of diamonds, the "bottom" share price should hold near the Open Offer price, i.e. just below 3.25p.I've taken up the Open Offer to give them a bit more cash to progress the critical work... still high risk though.
Re: Sierra Leone News: Sierra Diamonds t... "Afraid Tom has given it another slagging on his bearcast , says its simply a keep the lights on placing"It's actually to feed the meter to keep the lights on in their offices. The company cannot afford to pay their Directors - they are being given shares instead, two million, so further dilution (RNS). I had a small investment here of £1600. It's now worth £10. I will sell my holding at some stage this tax year and the loss will help offset some CGT due to gains made elsewhere. The company will inevitably fold imho, it's just a question of when.......JC
