Re: Why the drop level 2- Going back up now
Re: Why the drop Seriously overbought for a while now, but this is a pretty rough correction on high volume. Is there more to it than that?
Re: Why the drop Just a bit of profit taking-like all shares they don't go up in a straight line.Nothing to worry about.
Why the drop Why the sudden 7%+ drop today?
Re: Still Rising Kingsbridge LP, a hedge fund, operating through the Jeeves Group in Liechtenstein. All I found was a US consultancy firm. And there was me thinking it was someone based in a quaint coastal town in Devon.
Re: Still Rising It looks as if the shares have been acquired by Kingsbridge LP, a hedge fund, operating through the Jeeves Group in Liechtenstein.Amongst the services on offer:"All aspects of legal asset protection, tax minimisation and wealth management can be catered for in tailor made trusts in a jurisdiction that offers legal confidentiality regulations, freedom from forced heirship, community property laws and statutory protection against creditor claims ..."Hmm ...
Re: Still Rising Hardboy - LaValmy is a regular contributor to the ADVFN discussion board and flagged up a few days ago that he was about to cross the 3% holding threshold. He says his average cost per share is 24p If the sp gets to £1.50 as you suggest (or more) then he will be sitting on a profit of just shy of £5mAnother substantial private holding is Mr and Mrs Persey's 11%This is now a tightly held share which looks set to reward the patient long term holders. As ever, DYOR
Still Rising Another nice rise today with only a news item about shareholding. That shows an entity now has 3% of the capital. I tried to find out if they were of any significance, but couldn't be sure about any one I found.
Future share price Over the next 3 years we know there will be income of around £70m. The company is optimistic of landing considerably more from the £200m of serious enquiries they currently have. £10m p.a. is round about break even. As the main costs are in marketing & product development, the rise in sales does not cause a significant increase in costs. So if we project conservatively average profits of £12m over the next 3 years we get an EPS of around 10p. With a PE of 15 that would give a price of 150.A more realistic projection of profits are £20m the same PE would give a share price around 235.
Re: Breaking up OM,As I said this will be driven seriously higher with the right news flow. In the meantime it is still an attractive proposition. The majority of its income is in $; and a relatively small amount of its costs, so the weak £ has helped its financials already.£10m is the annual turnover they have been struggling to exceed for a few years, and this is more or less break even for them. Most of their costs are in Sales/Marketing & Product development which are unaffected by the level of sales, so an increase in sales over £10m is almost pure profit. They currently have an order book of around £70m which should all be dealt with in the next 3 years, so the average income over the coming 3 years is over £20m (I hope you're following the Maths.) However it will not be spread evenly. They also have around £200m of serious enquiries; and the impression I got at the AGM is they expect a hefty chunk of that to come through; it's just they don't know when, so no forward forecasts are being given. So the future is bright; and a couple more hefty orders will completely transform the company and push the share priced up to 3 figures. In the past they have been accused of promising jam tomorrow to often. All attenders at the AGM were given a pot of jam!
Re: Breaking up At 44 bid we are now at a new high for the recent history. It didn't hold last time but the momentum seems very solidly positive here and I would fully expect it to carry on higher.
Re: R Peresy From here it has to be news that drives the sp higher, but the impre4ssion I got yesterday is that there is likely to be significant news coming up. The hard thing to say is when.
Re: R Peresy I would very much like to have attended yesterday, but didn't have time. However, re my post on 7 January I'm very pleased with my buy at £0.204 - I just wish I'd had more cash available, and I think buying more now, even allowing for the increase, would make a lot of sense. It's interesting that IC had mentioned 43p as a price target that may indicate a new upward trend.
Good news Thank you SRT the only bit of blue in a sea of red today!
Break Even I bought these on 11/11/2010, just reached break even !
