there are 3 ways to get shares in CORO1. Buy them at market price like any other share after they list on 26 March2. Be a SRON shareholder at registration date of 23 March and buy them at open offer price of 4.38p at a ratio of 1 CORO share for every 5 SRON shares held3. Be a SOU shareholder at reg date and b given 1 CORO share free for every 5 SOU shares held. This is in lieu of payment by sron to sou for Italian assets that sou decided to distribute to shareholders (like a dividend)Hope this is helpfulBest Uncas

Re: Open offer offer is 1 coro to 5 sron shares. Reg date March 23. Limited amount available due to low shares in offer but Po may not have $ to be able to buy and any of their $1m not taken up will be offered. See vid of launch on fb Group
Re: Open offer Malcy's and Brokerman Daniel ramping it.Name change to Coro .
Open offer Open offer to come at 4.38p, record date unspecified. Sell at 5p, keeping a nominal amount in case record date is in the future, buy back at 4.38p. Small shareholders are unlikely to be scaled back. No brainer.
Re: CORO launch Are these shares being relisted tomorrow?

Re: Po Valley [link]
Re: Po Valley Cant find an RNS but several extremely positive media reports about the flow test: [link] in case anyones wondering why Im posting PO Valley stuff here, there is a proposed merger between Saffron, PO Valley & the Italian assets of Sound Energy.
Po Valley Flow testing results expected for PO Valleys Podere Maiar well on its Selva field has started & results to be announced next week[link]
re-listing Is there any news on when this will be re-listing?
More details on the current drill [link]
Re: SOUPO I'm trying to value the various assets in this deal, but its pretty hard. I'm seeing that the current PVE drill on Selva will be part of the deal, this looks tasty. It seems that the SOU assets are a little bit early phase. However, having Pasons involved is a massive win for Saffron holders who have been used to Michael Masterman. Thoughts?I am expecting this to come back strongly, when it does eventually re-list. I wonder which shareholder group the deal favours and what condition Parsons has on his 10 million warrants?
SOUPO Surprised no ones popped up to comment about the proposed SRON/SOU/PO merger proposition. If youre interested in the Northern Italy gas market this proposal goes a long way to providing a strategic gas play.Could be a good time to get into SRON before the sparks start to fly.TP
