Re: Photos show huge onsite activity But when were the photos taken?
Re: Photos show huge onsite activity There's ananimated video of the project - well worth a look. It's on the News page of the company website [link]
Photos show huge onsite activity At last, it looks like things are happening. The port is basically a freestanding island, a kilometre wide, linked to land by two short approach roads. Photographs taken this month are the construction of one of these roads. Initially constructed as banked earth, but will later be faced up with concrete.[link]
Government fully on board Chief Minister... said state would double its capacity to handle cargo at ports in the next two years by developing Dighi, Jaigad and Karanja ports and by connecting them.[link]
Just another 17 days like today And wjll be back around the £2.50 float price! Good to see moving in right direction for a change thou!
Re: 5 years of dissapointment >£1 would be fantastic any time.No predicting the future but about time people holding this saw some infrastructure as the result.Good luck.
5 years of dissapointment May at last be coming to an end. Finally appears light at end of tunnel is getting closer. Be just typical to see all the vultures swooping in now and making a killings while the rest of us long term holders may just get our heads above water in next 6 months. May be a feeding frenzy moving the sp up to £1 over next few weeks imho.
Re: Great rebound today 15% Because it's massively undervalued. Work out the value of the physical structure of the port, the value of the land it is situated on, and the value of the business when it is generating revenue.Ok the structure isn't ... actually... complete yet... but when it is, I believe the accepted valuation is circa 150p for the port (at the start of its life) and according to a port investment specialist on advfn, ports should typically be valued at 2 or 3 times the value of the structure: 300-450p maybeAs we get closer to the port opening we should get near 100p for starters I would guess. One should expect to hear details of contracts signed with users of the port during this year.
Re: Great rebound today 15% why the sudden rise ? I don't see any news on the Project?
Great rebound today 15% Let's hope the penny has dropped this is one of the best stocks on aim! Since it floated at a price this share has had a nightmare ride dropping from £2.50! However, with all the bureaucracy and delays behind and things finally progressing full tilt with port operational in the next 11 months and revenues from storage to start commencing before then things are finally looking up! I expect a strong rebound over next 12months hopefully back to around the float price ! Suddenly over a million shares today so things hotting up fingers crossed!Good luck holders for 2015 and Happy New Year! Seagull
Re: Worrying decline in SP over spoke too soon !
Re: Worrying decline in SP over Keeps on falling like a stone ! I'm looking for a good entry point but nervous times to buy in !
Re: Worrying decline in SP over April 2014 rns: The syndicated facility is for Rs 480 Crores (approximately GBP 48 million*) and has been provided by four Indian public sector banks for a term of ten years with interest payable at the base rates of the respective banks plus a range of 3 per cent to 3.55 per cent per annum, resulting in a present effective rate ranging between 13.2 per cent and 13.75 per cent per annum. The Company expects to make the initial draw down from the Debt Facility during the second quarter of this calendar year. Based on the projections of the management team, the build out of SPL's facility in Karanja is fully funded.
Re: Worrying decline in SP over Sorry I haven't seen this announcement on loan - where is it?
Re: Worrying decline in SP over Yep the pain continues, it is an amazing decline over 4 years the sp has now dropped nearly 85% from it's peak, I understood that the project was fully funded from the initial fundraisingfloat and then they announced had successfully raised secured a £70m loan to complete the project. Bearing in mind the company promised to keep the market informed and they recruited a commercial manager to attract customers we have had very little new on progress. On the plus side we haven't seen a massive issue of shares so at least that is something!
