Holiday snaps Had a quick look at the updated pictures this morning - then got interrupted and didnt get round to selling until this afternoon. Good luck to those with the patience to see this through.... I think the chances of seeing a ship unloading anything this year are minimal. This will overrun and there will be delays in securing users. Monsoon will be upon them before they know it and the price will continue to fall. Will have a look again when it is back at 35-40p.
Next update must be imminent And will be gud to see progress. Hopefully, will also get some info re finances and if additional funding required along with potential customers. Good luck holders Seagull
Valuation hi all, came across this whilst looking for some interesting Indian economy plays. Definitely caught my eye- however not a great deal of info to help with a valuation once the port is up and running...Have seen, variously - 1km of frontage (from IPO doc) and then from a bunch of sources, capacity in region of 150k - 600k TEU. Does anyone have any credible figures for berths? Or even cranes? Finding this impossible to value at the moment- bizarre the company have been so clandestine about the, frankly, v high level details of the port. A lot of the chat on here and ADVFN is positive, but nothing material to suggest why, other than 'well positioned port in india.' Wonder if anyone has gone beyond this or, perhaps, I am just missing some crucial doc somewhere?Any guidance appreciated, thanks

Another update in a week or so I reckon and we may get more photo's as company now becoming very gud re keeping market and investors updated. Apparently, broker visited site a week r ago according to posts on advfn so, perhaps a broker upgrade on cards which wouldn't do sp any harm either.

Looks like getting up Another head of steam. Share seems to have a lot of momentum now and about time imho. Very impressed with aerial photography on company website on 3rd February, amazing to see that amount of progress in such a short space of time imho.Looks very good. Seagull
Re: Drone footage of progress on site now on company website
Re: Drone footage of progress on site SeagullHope you don't mind but that link doesn't work, try this one:[link] certainly taking shape now that's for sure and what a good move so we can see the progress being made.
Drone footage of progress on site From poster on adfvn Some drone footage. [link] 26mins of it! Enough for even the most discerning SPL geek.
Some great posts on Advfn worth looking on there as this discussion board very quiet. Think may see a bit of pull back over next couple of weeks , be good if can consolidate around these levels for a couple of months imho. The fact bank have offered loan and company advised have enough funds in place to complete phase 1 of the port and start trading gives me a lot of confidence. Although I am no engineer the photo's of the piling process looks painfully slow and backward to me but the aerial shots before Christmas looked very impressive imho. In for the long haul or until hit my target price £2.50 if my nerves can handle the ups and downs. Fingers crossed patience will be rewarded.Seagull
Market recovery - good progress Looks like markets recovering strongly after a bad start to the year so, hopefully will have a positive day for skil sp after a poor week. Next update in a couple of weeks should be very interesting to see progress as Satalitte image dated 17th Dec shows a lot more progress than December and January updates. Starting to look very exciting and things seem to be progressing very well imho.Good luck holders Seagull
