Spud! Drilling ahead nicely now (31 Oct that is) TP
Spud! First casing point reached. All on schedule. I was a bit concerned watching the webcam that the drill wasn’t going smoothly but they must’ve been setting the casing. Looking forward to November and beyond News to come … Drill results te-9 Spud te-10 GSA Drill results te-10 LE Spud te-11 Etc, etc. Not necessarily in that order TP
LSE Crudehope I know Crude used to post on here but haven’t seen him since the changeover. But he’s put some good information on the LSE board (which I don’t usually visit because of all the rubbish spouted on there) about the site visit to the te-9 site. It’s certainly worth a read. There’s a lot of background information, (too much to extract and post due to my time constraints and computer skills) to be gleaned from those posters on LSE who have had conversations with the SOU team on site and back in the hotel. Happy reading! TP
GSA RNS close? Relatively strong finish on Friday, maybe a return of ‘I don’t want to be out over the weekend’ with GSA due very soon?? Not long now!! MM59
24.0p warrants o/s (Expire May 2020) I took up the warrants at 24p and sold them prob around 80p. If you look back at your cash statements you will see if you elected to take them. I’m just hoping the recent low of 29p is now history.
24.0p warrants o/s (Expire May 2020) Secure message to ii should clarify how you can excercise your warrants, Andrew, I didn’t take part in the offer at the time being happy just to buy on the open market. But I do know that a lot of people excesses their warrants when the sp exploded towards £1. But if you took part in the open offer, the warrants are there somwhere, (unless previously excercised.) Good luck TP
24.0p warrants o/s (Expire May 2020) Hi All, This is my first post, despite having been an II account and SOU holder since April 2014; I’m still a complete [investing and forum] novice - please be gentle! I remember at one time or another seeing these Warrants in my account portfolio… but TBH I’d forgotten about them until I got a calendar reminder on my phone ( glad I that up now). So I don’t recollect exercising the warrants, there’s nothing in my document history that suggests I did, yet I haven’t received a Corporate Action notification relating to them; so what’s happened to them? With the stated ambition of an asset/company sale in the next 12 months I’m thinking I should exercise them [if I haven’t actually done so already]. Answering my own question here really, but should I just contact II about exercising them. Any advise or clarification would be welcomed & greatly appreciated. ASB
Spud! Hi All Spud was widely expected and hardly worth commenting on. Just tells us end of Nov we should now if all the seismics and planning have paid off. Now if the GSA RNS arrives in the next week or two, that would be an important step in JP’s plan to ‘package’ Sound ready for sale. Am enjoying a few days amongst the palm trees . MM
Spud! Hi TP et al. I am still here. Long term holder, frustrated and patiently waiting for the LE. On a separate matter, I have complained to ii twice about this ‘new’ web site and how the bulletin board works. No change.
Spud! Hi GB, good to see you. I felt the same about the ii website revision but I’ve learned to use it in a way that suits me. (But preferred much of the attributes of the old system). At least this site alerts me to posts on stocks I’m interested in instead of me trawling through them all, looking for new posts. I know it’s been going a while now and some will have just binned the site permanently, but I’ve noticed recently an increase in posters, new and returnees, or maybe old posters with new names. So, keep the posts coming, the more the merrier, and it’s still quicker than scrolling through all the rubbish on LSE in the hope of finding something worth reading! Good luck TP
Spud! Slightly disagree as I still feel the difficulty in navigating this site has had an effect on the number of posters. Having said that, from the moment I started on LSE, I realised there are far more on that site, even if some are undesirable. As far as leaving the building, I personally have kept my holding roughly the same as it was when the SP was £1.00, and am hopeful of a better future.
Spud! I’m a long term holder waiting for the SP to get back to a sensible (and profitable state). I didn’t post much before but this website is pathetic compared to the old one hence the lack of activity from a lot of people. This is my first post since the “upgradeâ€
Spud! Click on the grey header above (sound energy) and you’ll see all the posts for SOU. And, yes, I’m the only one so far, which just shows the current apathy towards SOU, born from the steady decline of the sp from around a pound to its current level. People have become disillusioned and left the building (so to speak). Whether they’ve sold up or just holding and hoping I don’t know, probably a mix. There’s been a lot of negativity around because of the aforesaid so don’t expect a lot until we get some of the drill results. Then the herd will return and TP
Spud! Hi TP Am I reading this board correctly? Is yours the only post following today’s RNS?
Spud! Later today, 35/45 days drilling. Tagi + paleo. TP
