Is anyone still here? Does anyone know how to find thr news feeds or have they gone. I find the site confusing. I suspect there may be an update on SolGold

Is anyone still here? Since the merger I have moved pretty much all of my investments out of this broker. Now they have pretty much ruined the portfolio/discussion side.

Still Long not moved out Just quiet as for now we are clearly in a consolidation / ranged type area . I felt it wasn't going to last long but it has instead. Timing wrong but don't think this will disappoint . Still nothing has made me change by view that this is the bottom of forming cup . Consolidation is the phase we are in now . Very simialr to Q1 for oil stocks who fell and stayed ranged bound in Feb and March . Copper is FLYING and in rude health again . A big move in Copper has had zero effect on Solg ! Spot the divergence ... Will exit only sub 20p with a 7p loss , and believe the breakout to be at 27/28p ! Being very patient here but given the ever increasing resources ( of gold too) and a very bullish copper chart ( plus what a jump today ) , the 12 bidders will come in with renewed bids soon !Staying long ! Position as usual stuck at 20 and 27.25 ! . Only 2 and will add on breakout

oh oh doesn't look good today another rns, so could now have a massive gold mine as well as 3 massive copper mines in the future ! could be heading sub 10p today ! hold on to your hats!

Rio Tinto [link] that Rio are selling their stake in the Grasberg copper mine for $3.5BN, Indonesia want to have more control of their own assets. Rios divestments this year netting $8bn !They just sold a stake a coal mie in Aus for $200m. Wonder what they're going to do with all this cash !?Market analysts positive on copper.

Re: Great update re Alpala today I too am mystified as to the lack of price movement on what appears to be positive news. As someone who got very badly burned holding a certain company called xcite I’m also a tad nervous since I’ve quite a substantial stake here. Re: Great update re Alpala today I do wonder what's happened in the last year or so with these; fundamentally, it's only gotten better, with the MRE showing huge potential and several further updates since that have uncovered more of the good stuff (and as mentioned an updated MRE must be due soon).That said, last year it was all very positive and the SP reacted accordingly, jumping from sub 5p up to the teens, then all the way to 40p+; I think that shows how much sentiment affects shares like these, once they start moving people get in quick..Obviously there's been a succession of fundraising and (in my opinion) some very dodgy manipulation since, but to have fallen so much seems odd. I've been holding for about 3 years now and I'm happy enough to wait, but it is a little frustrating seeing all this great news with barely a nod in the share price (indeed most of the time it prompts a sell-off). I'm guessing the next news to really impact the SP will be either a takeover bid, or an announcement of a plan to build a mine? Any other thoughts?

Great update re Alpala today Looks like resource is growing by the day and some of the grades seemed really good also at Alpala, bit disappointing the grades so far at Aguinaga but, very early days. Looks like Casabel is moving in the right direction and MRE once updated should see a near doubling of reserves imho, they have so many results they only picked out the highlights.Doesn't look like sp moving much so, not sure what else NM can do, but as a long term holder very reassuring to get this latest update. Sure this update won't go unnoticed by those companies that have indicated an interest in the project already. Just wait and see how things unfold over next 6/12 months I guess , seems to be a waiting game at the moment. Seagull

Topped up bought another 10k just now, as the price has been a bit static for a while. Hopefully we will get some good news flow and this price will be a distant memory. Fingers crossedGLA and have a great weekend
