A sad day Well people I have bad news..... Last Tues the courts in SA gave Thelo the right to sell Elithenis mining license. We have also been ordered to pay the costs and interest on amount due.

Re: Quaaaaaaaark = Dead Duck ( Radio silence as ever - it's now been 9 months since the weirdly positive RNS. I see the website is back up and running, and is first on the Google search list (which I assume means that whoever is running it is doing a good job from a search result perspective...). I'm not sure if anybody knows about the latest statutory filings but from what I gather the last action was to bring the company's year end date back to 31/12/2014. Companies House reports these accounts to be overdue: Next Accounts Due: 31/12/2014 OVERDUEI believe the accounts should have been filed at the end of March - being 3 months after the statutory filing to shorten the accounting period. It all looks very poor and I'd now imagine that this company will shortly be struck off of the register.
