Re: CVA August 11th, 2015 SNR is in the process of compiling an updated CVA that now better reflects the immediate position in front of it, inclusive of the expected investor in SNR. SNR was today also granted by Quantuma, the liquidator for Land Consultants Limited (LCL), SNR's largest creditor, an extension period to crystallize the inward investment into SNR. An update will be posted as soon as the new CVA and investment have been completed. This is anticipated within the next 28 days.

CVA SNRP website updated with this:The board of directors of Strategic Natural Resources is working on a reorganization and will post status information here, making public the notices as they become available. At present, the Company is attempting to work through a "Company Voluntary Arrangement" (CVA). A creditors and shareholders meeting will be held on August 10th, 2015 at the following location: Meeting time and date: 2 PM - 10th of August 2015 Silke & Co Ltd - 1st FloorConsort HouseWaterdale - Doncaster - DN1 3HRAt least things happening behind the scenes but creditors/shareholders could well get wiped out.TTT

Latest Statutory Filings... Seems the company is still active on Companies House. And a recent filing to appoint Blair Joseph Merriam as a Director took place in July - anyone have any idea about what is going on?

The CVA looks like a good (only?) route to deliver some value for shareholders AND creditors so all is not lost. I expect some company communication on this in the next weeks. It is tempting to think that no news means nothing going on but in this instance, not true!

Re: background activity 23rd of June I think it was - best ask Paul for a copy as timescales are pretty tight if you wish to partake. Likewise you can contact the CEO direct as suggested in the correspondence.
