Nowt for shareholders You have probably had the same letter as me from the liquidator. The only bit you need to know:"no prospect of any return to shareholders"So there we are then.

Re: Winding Up Order - Update Just noticed this in my corporate action emails...from 18/05Following the Company being placed into liquidation shares were removed from accounts and replaced with provisional liquidating shares. Provisional liquidating shares will remain on accounts until confirmation has been received from the Administrators that there will be no further payments in respect of the Liquidation.Gosh - I'm already spending the £0.00 in my head....maybe they'll send a lump of coal.JG

My broker presumably will be in touch with me at some point...I suspect we will end up with zip, unless someone makes an offer for Elitheni but am not even sure we have that now....

Re: Winding Up Order Sounds promising... just make sure you send the form with a 2nd class stamp. Any idea where I'd get one of these forms from? Also, have all shareholders been informed of this or are we just supposed to fluke upon this information which I only know because you've been nice enough to have told me...?

Re: Winding Up Order Just had a reply from the Official Receiver. Shareholders need to complete a form and return it so as to be registered as a creditor and to get further info. Remains to be seen whether there will anything left in the pot....
