RNS Early Cobre Rollover Good news that the Cobre contract has been rolled over to 31st March 2020, notified earlier than expected which gives us a little security that Cobre income will cover us through to LCCM production starting and beyond. All we need now is the Major Client confirming that they can start to take-off thier monthly requirements and we will be back over 2p in a jiffy. glta dkok

Re: Good News? Today's RNS This looks like good news. Hopefully the s.p. will rise on it.
Good News? Maybe simplistic but Trump imposes import tariffs on steel to increase steel production in USA which increases demand for Strategic's magnetite stocks in New Mexico and so increases revenue.
Re: RNS Leigh Creek Copper Mine Particularly liked this phrase:Once production commences and SML has a second line of cash flow, we will be in a significantly stronger position to consider cash management alternatives, which includes DIVIDEND PAYMENT as well as continuing our strategy of acquiring value accretive projects.

Re: What a buying opportunity! Yes indeed a stonking buying opportunity here. Many investors were awaiting this news as they thought that this could be what has been holding this back! I never agreed however as I thought it a certainty and will be continued to be renewed for as long as the resource is available and SML want to be involved. My take on why the sp is where it is, is that there is a large seller still offloading, probably from one of the placements. If you look at the trade patterns any rise is immediately eaten into by large sells, happened today when it spiked then in come the sells to dampen it off.Once these sells are finished then there will be serious re-rate on the cards here I can see 4/5p by the year end. Need to be patience and hold for gold! There is also a certain mm who keeps pulling this back every time there is a glimpse of any rise, once that mm lets the reigns loosen then that will be the start of the inevitable rise.I said last year this a 2/3 year hold for me, nothing has changed to alter that view. Still one of the best stocks on the casino aim 888.com market imo.Sool
Cobre licence roll over Yes - great news
Re: Rns Topped up mainly in the interests of averaging down. Drilling results are always seem positive though. They didn't cover themselves in glory with delays to purchase of Leigh Creek Copper Mine. Hopefully there will be some good news there soon.
Rns Hope this is good. Ongoing work to be self funded which is welcome
Re: Turnaround Self-evidently Ripley - you could do that same basic analysis with any share that's had a good run historically! We are where we are now and the only question worth asking yourself is:Is this the right time to invest (re-invest, trade) in this company?Based on the chart and the fundamentals, I say it is and have done so.
Re: Turnaround Suggested on AFE bb.Looks like Gold or Silver got in at a better time around start of the year @ around 0.5p .2.3p now .

Re: Chart update Just beginning (hopefully) to rally from lower channel line[link] added here on the touch of the lower channel linePenHope this is helpful. It's just my opinion based on what I think the chart is suggesting. This is always a balance of probabilities so my opinion can be wrong and other analysts may have differing views.
Chart update SML's weekly close was above its upper channel line. Daily RSI is moving above its bearish range, and the weekly MACD has just crossed above its signal line. So all looking positive and I plan to add here on any retrace of Friday's strong move up.[link]
