Pretty underwhelming Interims So, ignoring the one-offs, underlying earnings and profits rose by <=5%, which is a bit underwhelming. Happy to hold some of these at the moment, but I sold half of them this morning and will keep an eye on the situation.
Re: Interims ( Revisited ). Next set of interims are due next week ( on the 8th March ).I must admit, I don't really understand the outperformance since the Finals back in October, and making sense out of our numbers continues to be a nightmare, so it may be time to review things post Interims

Re: Interims ... Good luck with it BB. I am going to leave it on my watch list but I think after these results the company now has it all to prove.Looking for another investment to replace it but nothing jumps out at me.

Re: Interims ... You probably picked my shares up then BB as bailed out.The figures look horrendous! If you look on digitallook the estimates for 2016 indicate a forward P/E of 9.4; on the basis of this news I would double that forward P/E to 18.8.Personally I would not buy into business with such a forward P/E that has suffer such a profit dip. Far better options out there.
Interims ... Well, the market wasn't impressed and has marked us down ~6% to ~ 175p, presumably because of a focus on the large drop in reported PBT to 2.3 million giving an eps of about a penny. The BoD tell us that underlying eps is a bit above 9p. As ever, working out if the non-underlying items are something to worry about or not is a bit of a nightmare. Some of the writedowns and amortisations look reasonable, others are a bit more complicated. I'd say best estimate of what, for want of a better term, I'm going to call BB'S EPS, is 7 to 7.5p.I think the market's called this wrong so have added a few more h
