drop Good results, but a big drop this week?
Valuation Maybe I'm missing something here but the stock looks at least 30-40% overvalued. Why do I say that?In 2011 the companies revenue and pre-tax profit are pretty much the same as that last reported this year yet the share price is 67% above it.The P/E in 2011 (4-5 years ago) was about 13 and it was growing earnings at about 13% that year. The P/E today is 20.6 and it's growing earnings at 10% and projecting only 6% next year. What constitutes such a rerating on a fairly flat business?Games

buy? Very large buy went though, must have caused the rise?????
Re: rise? bent,I've been thinking the same, it would appear to be someone moving this. They have been a one pace share for a number of years, but all of a sudden they have come to life. Long may it last.
rise? Good rise to-day? Have I missed some news????
Potentially overvalued but with brilliant future growth prospects. Sage Group (LSE:SGE): [link] infographic has some good data.

re Many thanks, good views. Dont have much invested, looking at bonds.....
Re: company Well I sold out at £4.61 when it hit my 11% profit target, but I had only put a few k in. I initially reasoned that it could go up to £4.70, and it did hit £4.73 intra-day so I missed out on a bit of extra, but a profit is a profit. I was expecting it to have dipped a bit further than it has to date.I agree that it's a good company with a good business strategy, but if the sp follows the pattern of previous years it will dip before reaching new highs. I would buy in if it goes to around £4.10-£4.20. If I had a good stake at a low entry price then I would hold, but my personal opinion is that the markets are too volatile for me to keep too much money in shares at the moment. Personal view only.
company Like this company and have held shares for many years. Wondering if it is worth still holding or selling with my small profit? Any thoughts and views would be appreciated.
