Year End Trading Update Year end trading update tomorrow, good luck to all holders. Oil price drama has seen these fall 20 % over the last few weeks, not sure why as this will bring Safstyle's costs down, plastic is made from oil, their fleet of vans will be cheaper to run, lower energy costs for the manufacturing plant and I am assuming glass is cheaper due to its lower production costs.

Decided to bank profits Hi all,Although it has been a good investment and could continue higher I have decided to bank profits which including dividends totals 67% gain.Reasons collectively include:-The share price has travelled a very long way recently.Fund Managers deciding to some bank from 1.00 float price in 2013.SCSW in June advising to bank some profits and run the rest for free.Only one Broker with targets of 2.45 ie not much more left in the tank.A decent dividend payer so may re-visit on retracement but did not want to lose that % of gain.

Recent share price weakness I see that Safestyle shares have fallen in price in sympathy with many other companies in the current market jitters. I also read that concerns that the slow down in the Chinese economy could have a global impact my delay any interest rate rises which should be a significant positive for Safestyle. The collapsing oil price should also have a positive effect as, according to some sources, oil accounts for up to 43% of the cost of uPVC, although fabrication of the windows will of course outweigh this amount. Either way, the current market crash should have some silver linings for Safestyle, particularly as the UK housing market still seems to be resilient in most areas.

Joint broker Taking on Liberum as joint broker must be good news for us PIs.More marketability of this under- researched and largely unknown company should provide some further support for the undervalued shares . Still would like to see a big ack with the fat. Cash pile when it's undervalued rather than special divi. Future looks bright.
