Re: RNS - press speculation the author/blog is very SEE focused and holds shares in the company so I would still take it as speculative but non the less it is clear that SEE is heading in the right direction and many of the changes to riving systems - semi-autonomy etc, are playing into their hands. I have held these for a long time and have been adding at these levels awaiting the swing up...
Re: RNS - press speculation thanks 6, exactly what I was hunting for...
Re: RNS - press speculation The link to the speculation story I suspect is here...[link] have to make your minds up as to how substantive it is. IMO it has some legs so I've topped up this morning./6
Re: RNS - press speculation There is an RNS today from the company confirming it is in negotiations with an auto OEM , but no contracts have been exchanged at this point .
RNS - press speculation I did a quick google search but cannot find any speculation....i perhaps need to look when I am a little more awake..
Re: Loss of CEO Good point and from a comment from their 'in-house' Broker ..........[link]
RNS seems a little flat and uninspiring as a trading update...but at least they mention increased customer demand."will enable further investment in the ongoing development of the FOVIO driver monitoring platform technology and continued product improvement across all industry verticals to scale the Company's global footprint and meet increased customer demand."
Re: Loss of CEO Interesting to read the appointment announcement from May 2017.[link] joined the group in September 2016 as CEO of Seeing Machines Automotive business (Fovio). When elevated to CEO he replaced Ken Kroeger who became chairman. No doubt the story will emerge but looks as if a fundamental disagreement might be at the heart of it - given that progress in the automotive sector seems to have been made and the SP has recovered during McAuliffe's time in the job.I just hope there is not a "bad news" bomb anywhere.
Re: Loss of CEO Very odd.No gushing thanks etc.I agree with you bradders - I reckon a gentle shove rather than a boot.
Re: Loss of CEO Sounds from the wording he's been booted ? otherwise you would get the "personal reasons" or "taken up another position he couldnt refuse" type comments
Loss of CEO no explanation, any ideas? Not the best time for a change after the recent funding, but maybe it was in the pipeline rather than a surprise/disagreement...
share consolidation I suspect we will see one soon given the number of shares in circulati
Re: It will be interesting.. Now credited with balance, at last.TP
Re: It will be interesting.. Shares credited but no return of funds. Absolutely shocking behaviour. Very unimpressed and poor advert for the industry as a whole. Not happy. BtsrdasasAt least I'm in profit with new lot.
Re: It will be interesting.. Me too, waiting impatiently for AJBell to release the money
