Re: Another RNS another step forward Major German OEMTier 1. Production model 2020. Mainstream beckons. At last.TP
Another RNS another step forward Now gaining further confirmation and traction in the automotive sector....Looking at various timescales (1 year to 7) the chart still looks poor but this latest jump and newsflow will, I hope, finally break the downward trend.
Re: More good news No cash flow. Please explain why this comment Extract from Septembers results.· Company revenue was up 122% to $A13.6m versus A$6.1m in FY16 on like-for-like basis, though reported revenue was down 60% due mainly to the one-off CAT license fee in FY16.· Second half sales were more than 250% that of first half sales, with the key growth driver being Fleet revenue.· Fleet business revenue achieved was A$9.1m for the year, almost triple the A$3.3m in FY16.· Automotive business, whilst in its early stages, still saw revenue increase by 49%, from A$1.1m in FY16 to A$1.6m in FY17.· Caterpillar agreed to pay US$7m earlier than per original agreement timing in return for product development consulting project.· Indirect operating expenses rose from A$32.5m in FY16 to A$37.1m in FY17 due to increased investment in capability and resources to commercialize the Company's technology for core industry targets.· Net loss before tax from continuing operations in FY17 increased to A$28.5m from A$1.6m for FY16 as a result of the increased investment described above and the one-off $21.8m license fee from Caterpillar booked in FY16. · Cash reserves at 30 June 2017 were A$22m compared to A$16.9m at 30 June 2016.Seems to be lots of cash flowing and A$22m of reserves.Good luck, TP
also...... They have probably saved these bits of newsflow to release when HH out as it would have no effect.
Re: More good news I hear what you are both saying and would ordinarily agree....but......last time they raised money at a significant premium to the share price ( 5.1p ?) and we didnt get any raise in price as HH probably sold into any buying....this time its different.

Sold @ 4.27p. Nice little earner although when i bought them in August I thought I would be selling at a profit a few weeks later...................... Never mind! Happy now.
Re: Nice rise So there was about 280 mill volume over the last 2 days . This morning there was 6 trades consecutive trades just after 110 all at 3p and these alone accounted for 220 mill shares which was most of today's trade . These were all Institutional trades so it should all become clearer next week when RNSs on holdings are announced .Lets just hope this 4p / 4.25p holds and offers a new lower support level .
Re: Nice rise Cheers LFG, I wondered why the huge volume over the last couple of days together with the price increase was happening and your explanation clarifies the situation for me.
Re: Nice rise The seller is a fund manager who I believe took over assets from another into their fund as a result of a fund merger. The inheriting fund (as does all funds) had a strict criteria of what type of asset it can hold. To adhere to their code (no choice), they had to sell this investment. So it's just unfortunate what happened here. One of those things that happens and no reflection of see's potential.LFG
Re: Nice rise Who is the ii and why are they selling if SEE is any good?If they researched it before they bought what happened to make them sell, presumably at a loss? And why is it taking them months to sell as the price has drifted down for the last 6 months? Why the huge uptick in volume over the last few days?
