Big Placing ..... announced after hours . As I posted in October , all these positive RNSs could very well be the prelude to a placing to raise more cash . Here it is with a big placing at 5p for institutions and a token gesture for qualifying PIs .

Re: AGM statement Especially liked the comment on road vehicle potential, which is the reason i bought into the stock.'As recently reported by Euro NCAP, it looks as though driver monitoring will become a mandated technology for road vehicles to achieve a five-star safety rating.'

AGM statement And “all resolutions passed” RNSsStatement worth a read. Demonstrates how far SEE has come in the last 4 years. (Whilst the sp has remained conspicuously stagnant)TP

Safety Seeing Machines is still primarily about safety...detecting lack of concentration by the driver and setting up an alert both for the driver and the fleet manager. It detects very subtle changes in eye movement which correlate with sleepiness or inattention. it started off as a tool for huge earthmoving machinery but has since widened its scope to ordinary cars , goods vehicles, trains and planes. It is Aussie...and best in class I gather.

Re: Ssshhh 3yr high from advfnCJ868 Nov '17 - 121 - 9774 of 9777 0 0Maybe in 50 years will we reach level 5 autonomy. For that to happen I believe all vehicles on the road would need to be part of a unified network so all vehicles know the route others are planning to take and can resolve conflicts etc. Someone posted a link to a TEDx talk recently which explains why the last 10% to full autonomy is so difficult. Regardless, Seeing isn’t a DMS company. Their IP and patents are for machines to see and understand humans which has a wide variety of applications, giving the company long term relevance. Still cheap at this SP IMHO. Before the HH selloff it was trading around 4.5p, so we are not much higher than that now considering the significant progress achieved in the meantime. Believe we have found a new level of support here and the next positive news will take the SP higher.

Ssshhh 3yr high Volume and price haven’t been this high for over 3 years.Isn’t it exciting ?For those in at 3p or below it’s really good news. But, whatever your average, it looks a whole lot better than it did a couple of months ago.GLATP

Re: Another RNS another step forward Nice one vx.Suggest you have a look at SEE’s website where you’ll find a wealth of info about “Guardian” truck programme. And previous RNSs about train, coach and aircraft trials.I think you’ll find that programmes are more advanced than you think.Good luck.TP

Re: Another RNS another step forward If I remember they have also been testing this in the Netherlands for coaches, and have also approached train companies for their drivers. I think we may at last have some traction in this share . I also read somewhere a lorry fleet is also looking at the technology.

Re: Another RNS another step forward LFG, with reference to your concerns about the “low” level of the contract, I too felt it was not as big as it might have been. I assumed that it was a figure for the contract length of maybe a few years. Then I wondered if it might be annual figure? It’s a bit ambiguous. Also it’s not specified but I wondered if the contract was for a top of the range model, with opportunity to increase the model range later. All in all there’s not enough detail to judge on the true value of this particular contract. But it is very significant that SEE have broken into the high end European market and I see this entry growing exponentially into other companies. If it’s BMW they’ve got other subsidiaries to expand into and if it’s Audi, there’s VW, Porsche, Seat, etc, etc.Bigger than it first appears.I’m heavily invested here too.TP

Breakout Today's breakout above 5p is significant and it was on decent volumes over 55 m shares .I remain long with a big stake here , but I am also trading SEE on short term gyrations . Several weeks ago I traded it with a Buy price of 3p , and here we are over 60% up in a matter of weeks .Suspect there could be resistance on the way up around 6p level , but if we get 7p plus then it would be a complete breakout above all previous trading bands ( from recollection ) .GLA

Re: Another RNS another step forward Yes very good RNSWhat it says to me is that they seem to have established themselves as the provider of choice in the automobile space for DMS.Which has now become a standard requirement for serious car companies from 2020.It suggests that all the other car manufacturers will likely go down the same road, and do similar deals with us, as they won't want to be left behind. Given how long it takes to gain acceptance and then deploy stuff in this sector it provides confidence that they will be the provider of choice for at least a few years. Going forward from then, they will be getting great feedback on products and possible product improvements, (ahead of the competition). So maintaining that position should be all about good management and delivering correctly. Something they have shown to be excellent at to date. The only negative from today's RNS is that I was a little disappointed with the suggested revenues from this contratc. I would have hoped something like this would have been worth a little more than quoted. However if you take the view that there will be many more contracts of this type then it starts to become meaningful. I'm assuming that potentially they could win about 10 contracts of this type, given their are a limited number of car producers in the world.LFG

Re: Another RNS another step forward I'm guessing its Audi or maybe BMW.A good move in the share price is within reach I think.
