When Are we expecting an announcement soon on the results of the OO?Closing date for applications was 12/01/18 so they should be in a position now to assess how many shares we get. And then we just need II to get organised with crediting shares to portfolio and returning any spare cash (if any) !!TP

Just have to wait now for the degree of scale back. I wonder if theyll give PIs the full amount and scale back the big boys ?Anyhow, sorry to burden folks with my II woes.Luck allTP

ANYONE ELSE HAVING.. ..difficulty exercising their right to take part in the OO. II webpage wont process my order and a phone call to II resulted in a long winded message about how to retrieve my forgotten password (totally irrelevant) followed by a 10 minute wait and no response. Ringing from abroad so thats not funny !Secure message marked URGENT has got no response so far.Broker failure should not be allowed. They say theyre busy ! So am I, but they expect me to hang around whilst they faff about and dont answer the phone!If theyd got their act together before they switched to this new platform perhaps they wouldnt have so many complaints and problems to deal with, leaving their operators adequate time to do their proper job which is STOCK BROKING !!!!!TP
