Trading update I see the Directors also bought after yesterday’s over-reactive fall in the sp. M&C Saatchi plc was notified on 4 December 2019 that Jeremy Sinclair, David Kershaw and Bill Muirhead (executive directors of the Company) each purchased 415,323 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 79.7 pence per share. I note they paid a few pence more than my punt… SJ

Trading update Close at 79p ! After two profit warnings and accountancy errors. Bottom fishing here today. Looking for a ‘Dead Cat Bounce’ after the possible over reactive 48% drop. Speculative punt - got 1400 for around a grand. Red or Blue in 2020 ? We shall see… SJ
