Re: Nada Hi LB. MCap's just a tad under £20m which is crazy. That's the worth of IPC alone if they're continuing to generate £2m profits. Either we'll get an RNS before the Notice of AGM or the news will be wrapped-up in the Chairman's Statement. Either way, we'll soon find out what's happening, I hope !GFD

Re: Nada I have phoned the company re the email on the website, they did not know it was not working very nice girl to whom I spoken before said she would look into it ! I asked her if there was any News coming, she did know of any ! She would not say even if she knew ! My take on this that there has been a delay on the Sale of the Plants, whether that is a complete failure who knows, but I can tell you one thing that Sterling Trust were in a poor financial state even when these were 12 pence ! This company will be doing everything to conclude the Sales, Independent Power who they now own made £2 million in the previous year. I must admit the sad lack of News is very poor, and why borrow more money unless it was to complete the deal(s) to have a Repayment date 30th June 2015 must mean something will happen before then. I have trusted Peter Earl as I believe he does speak the truth, but sometimes things are out of any ones control !What are we valued at £15 million !LB

Nada ..happening with this lot from what I can tell.Missed deadlines, lack of payments/income.Who knows what is happening if anything?Tried to email company today but the contact form on their website aint working.Hit the link for the PR company and that didn't work either.Presumably cashflow will become a real issue at some stage so I do hope all the directors brokers etc are making sure they are being remunerated sufficiently for all this excellent performance.Jolly good show !

Re: RNS - But not the one expected Not quite sure why they need another £340000, thought it maybe to pay IPSA, but I would assume its to get there other projects into a state where they can be partnered out ! Must be an end game going on here, and Radix would not have lent them the money without knowing that, but what I find amazing that they should issue an RNS re the Loans, but no RNS on the state of play re the part Sale of the Projects, does taking on more Loans warrant an RNS ?LB

Re: RNS - But not the one expected Hopefully they will issue another RNS announcing how its all going ! or not but Radix would not lend them the money unless they had some assurances !LB

RNS - But not the one expected Latest RNS....========== ===Further to the announcement of 1 April 2015, Radix Investments UK Ltd have agreed to extend the current facility repayment date to 30th June 2015 and have also agreed to advance a further £340,000 to the Company. The Directors are grateful to Radix for their support at this time.========== ===So another 6 weeks to wait. The repayment date has been moved to the same date as the AGM.... Interesting. They have also now moved the likelyhood of the partnership deals being announced until after the results to be published in June. Whats the betting there will be a huge mark down in NAV which they will then use to justify partnership deals at a discount to the previous NAV.

Re: Re:Canchayllo I expect an announcement on Monday or very soon after there is a trade not recorded late in the day of 270000 must have been a buy at 3.62 !LB

Leicesterboy 07 May 2015

Re: Re:Canchayllo I would agree, thought he may have learnt his lesson ! But as usual things maybe out of his control, the Canchayllo seems to have dragged on forever is it crucial to the business its sold not sure it is, the one in Chile I would say was !LB

MrNoProfit 07 May 2015

Re: Re:Canchayllo To Peter Earl "shortly" could mean anything up to 12 months as seen via numerous statements relating to arbitration, partnerships and Canchayllo.Whilst some of that rhetoric may not be his fault; he does like to be VERY optimistic about time frames.

Leicesterboy 06 May 2015

Re: Re:Canchayllo I would say there maybe a problem getting the dosh, not sure how crucial it all is really, but I find it amazing that after months of negotiation you would have thought it plain sailing, but SA is not like the UK, but they are also selling down the Project in Chile so we may get a double effect when we get an RNS, obviously nothing has leaked as no shares traded !Like all things there is many a slip between cup and lip !LB

Re:Canchayllo Rurelec said on the 1/4/2015 that they had not received the $6.6m for the sale of the Canchayllo hydroelectric plant and the money was expected shortly. Does anyone know when shortly becomes now?

Allisfair 24 Apr 2015

ahem, more of their copper mining in Chile wink wink nudge nudge

Allisfair 24 Apr 2015

The LSE mob are useless, they haven't noticed the $1billion deal Antofagasta did today to sell it's water business, that $1billion is now going to be ploughed into developing more of their copper business...which will need power....which will kick off a domino effect as that money is distributed around....blah blah

Allisfair 23 Apr 2015

I don't know why these guys are getting themselves wound up, the partnership deals are already happening, we know this, just got to be patient and wait.

Allisfair 23 Apr 2015

HOLY SMOKE! is that swooped turncoating? now we have seen it all lol!
