Aha..Subject to shareholder and other customary approvals, upon successful completion of the Transaction, the Equity Financing and the Consolidation it is intended that Randy Martin will join Feisal Somji, Tim Bergen, Jim Glass and John Bergen on the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Randy Martin, a resident of the United States, is a director, officer and controlling shareholder of NMCL. He developed the Hemco Nicaragua mine, a 1,200 tpd underground and open pit mine, and also constructed and operated other gold mines in Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras and Colombia. Mineros SA, a public Colombia mining company listed on the Colombia stock exchange, purchased a 90% interest in the Hemco Nicaragua mine in 2013 for US$96.8 million
In fact, if you reread the RNS it is pure gobbledygook...but back to my point, has anyone managed to locate a registered office for either NMCL or CML...or a named director, email or contact of any description?
In ten years of existence, how many times has RRR shown a trading profit?
Does anyone know who Colombis Milling Limited are or Nicaragua Mininig Company limited? I can't find any contact details or directors or anything about them anywhere...
Range Mines anyone
Worthwhile also reflecting on who helped get RRR to market back in 2005? It was a boiler house room crew..
Siegfried et al..forget the last 2 years...look at the 5 year trend...see the q4 2010 pump and dump..and the 5 year value collapse since,,.
In Q4 2010, RRR hit 16p per share...since then it's been a story of mass dilution, failed alleged deals, large salaries, fees and emoluments, potential conflicts of interest: ask not for whom the bell toils; it's not for thee!
Frankly..I think market sentiment has this share pegged at exactly the right place...no, scrub that it is still overvalued with Colombia sake factored in..but of course likelihood of the deal happening is unlikely...hold on..good news, the lawyer has just announced that he is changing his shoes
Take a look at ng view of RRR...look at the 5yr trend...it's a special sort of company that camps destroy shareholder vale by 90% year after year
Checkout Golcrest Reources...looks like destroying shareholder value is a family trait
This share was great value at 16p, 15p all the way down to 0.07...still wonderful value...makes you wonder why Bell who has diluted to over 4bn shares hasn't invested in a huge tranche of this great value opportunity...maybe he knows something? Like who are IPCM? Who know.....this must be a buy, bye bye
next stop 0.05
who is daniel sklan...what's his experience?
