Re: Positive feedback Update just seems to be recycle of old news. With cash estimated at $2M at the end of January and a burn of $1.2M per month but excluding production costs and one offsThe fact that this $2M will only last 3 weeks seems to mean that the production costs and one off items will be $1.1M in those 3 weeks so the actual cash spend is $2.7M per month.Seems that this heavyweight board needs to focus more about what it is spending rather than burning"Buy a grand's worth of shares now and either lose it or turn it into £10k."10 to 1 odds would not tempt me on this dogNot sure 100 to 1 would be that attractive eitherDeep
Re: Positive feedback This was impo a 'brilliantly' crafted RNS and clearly has the hands of business experts all over it.!Heads or tails?
Re: Positive feedback I have horrible feeling, that the next step will be to ask shareholders for yet another cash injection whilst continues great sales opportunities are pursued
Re: Positive feedback Buy a grand's worth of shares now and either lose it or turn it into £10k.
Positive feedback How many times has this company rattled on about "positive feedback" ? ..."discussions with several Fortune 500 customers who had expressed an interest in its pallets.""Notably, a leader in a North American specialty food sector has agreed to roll out ELIoT pallets in their supply chain subject to the pallet meeting KPIs throughout the implementation,"And where are they exactly....down from £137 mio to £2 mio with not a lot to show !Who in their right mind would invest in this company now, they are finished, it's just a question of which day in February the lights go off
Time gents please We should find out how the fund raising is progressing in the next few weeks or alternatively a note on the appointment of administrators for the receivership as RM2 is due to run out of cash in February.Deep
Valuation The stock and property must be worth considerably more than the market capitilization of RM2 by now.Last one to leave, please turn the lights off.
Dead Parrot Norwegian Blue or RM2?[link]
Re: Heads or tails it seems. FredIf any such uncharged assets existed RM2 would be able to raise cash in its own rightInvestment in this is on a wing and a prayerDeep
Re: Heads or tails it seems. The company has a market cap of under £6mio, why would anybody invest the money necessary in this company ? Even with an investement the dilution would be massive....Somebody will buy the company soon, the assets outweight the value at present time
Re: Heads or tails it seems. Baffler - I'm with you. Would be a complete gamble to invest any more here, so SP will end up down today, but the RNS is relatively positive in terms of confidence in finding finance to trade beyond end Jan 18. So it feels like we will lose the lot within 9 weeks or treble/quadruple the current valuation IF funding is found with revised business plan.
New brokers Nice to see we have new brokers, i guess it will come in handy to re-arrange the deckchairs, i'm sure it'll make a lot of difference..........
Re: Company and value Seems like all our hard hitting heavyweight directors have left the ship, bit like Capt Schettino of Costa Concordia......Surely if there was any news whatsoever we would at least get some RNS notification, but absolutely nothing which very much mirrors the image of RM2, they can't even claim too have hot air left !
Re: Company and value FredHope springs eternal !
Re: Company and value 18-Oct-17 14:48:52hrs Price :4.80 Quantity :400 S/P : Sell* Spread : 4.50 / 5.50 Value : £19.20So a lousy trade of 400 shares at GBP 0.048 with a value of less than GBP20.-wipes over GBP8104'000.-- off the value of this company....(market cap GBP20.35mio)What have they got left to offer, no news, no developments, it will be Santa who turns these lights off i think before the end of 2017.....
