Re: A disappointing performance here... MMs do not normally move the price around for no reason. They make their money out of making a market in a share and providing liquidity. Note the 2 large trades reported after the market closed. There may be further announcements in connection with these trades in due course if thresholds are crossed.I suspect an institutional start of year portfolio adjustment. Could offer an opportunity for those interested in the midlands commercial proprty market?Regar

Re: Good value again A 5% yield should really provide support at these levels, so not unduly concerned. Any weakness should be viewed as a buying opportunity IMHO.

Re: Good value again My purchases are now being matched by one seller rather than two which suggests the other one has completed. How many the other seller has got is unknown.
