Employees In the notes to the accounts we are told that the number of employees is 5 or the Directors. But they also say that they expect this number to increase as progress made in 2017 should increase this number during 2018. IMO we could see corporate activity during the coming months. MC of less than £800k and large tax losses suggests the current sp of less than 1p may be a tad cheap.

Loans With large interest free loans from interested parties there must be a tremendous interest for them to see the right deal is done to protect heir loans. So I cannot see this folding and expect any deal to be potentially non speculative which will be a pod outcome IMO.

Re: Update I don't know. They have a quote and they have substantial tax losses and I suppose its a case of being introduced to a business that wants both. They keep it going so they must feel there is a good reason to do so. MCAP is only about £800k so there is plenty of poptential.
