Re: Buying Could be. I do feel that the year end accounts gave a big clue when it stated that staff numbers were likely to be increased this year. Also the appointment of another Director has to be seen as positive.

Re: LSE I guess it could be if investors/ speculators wanted to get in before anything happened simply because there would be little time once the news was out. Once there is a corporate transaction which there is bound to be the sp could go any where as it's likely to be a substantial private company and not a wing and prayer start up as the BOD could have done that years ago

Re: LSE I agree porous but I feel that some of the comments about RGP can be traced back to fact but where those facts take the sp is a different matter and is of course speculation. But I feel that a value of 2p or £3.5m is not unreasonable for a company with its listing quality and substantial tax losses and the determination of the BOD to do the right deal for its lenders.

Re: Buying I think the free float is greater than we think but investors are simply not selling or do not realise they still hold them as it has been so long with little activity - but it looks good to come right soon.

Buying It looks as if there could be a modest but positive buying approach following the recent sp rise. The sp seems very sensitive to even small buys which I find strange as there is reasonable liquidity - so I feel that something is likely to happen shortly and the AGM may be the time to hear about it.
