Re: No Dignity It seems that celtic fans are pathetic enough to cause as much problems as they can by contacting the venue where the AGM was to be held, hence the hotel pulling out of the booking. Pretty sad really that celtic fans are that obsessed.You never explained your reasoning behind you claiming a previous post of mine was bigoted, ignorant and bitter, care to elaborate or were you just talking nonsense?

Re: No Dignity Why be bitter when watching the Rangers sham is so much fun!Not sure why you mention Dermot Desmond but setting your moral compass by what Celtic do would seem rather odd. Dermot Desmond looks to be another out and out crook in the mould of all the others wouldn't you say?I see they have now changed the venue of the AGM for a 3rd time and it's now back in Glasgow. The small minded will think this is win for 'the people' when the truth of the matter is that Rangers will end up paying three times as much to police an event which will be hijacked by a few loonies who have an irrelevant shareholding.As I've said from the start, this is barge pole stock to be avoided by any serious investor.

hi Now the end is near , which l am certian , regrets l have had a few (hic) but most of all l did it my way. As I have quoted it is Glasgow Rangers not London Rangers.The first sentence, is from my way by Frankie Boy Sinatra....Not all Celtic fans wear , Noddy Hats with Bells on and carry fishing roads and sit on Toadstools.I would actuallly like to thank Celtic FC Publically for giving a Charity donation to Mr f Rickisonin his benifit Match a few weeks ago.I in turn with send Celtic FC, a donation for their Community work Charity.I am sure the Celtic fans on here, who like to be vocal can turn up at the next fund raising event at Parkheed and use their talents for acting like clowns.Lads do not forget your fishing roads.As for the Current Rangers Board , if they want the phone number of a good Taxi firm to get them to their new , distination ,l can help them.

Re: No Dignity What a bitter little man you are. Ok, I get it now, your opinion regarding Rangers use of EBT's is correct, whilst the members of the two tax tribunals clearly have it wrong. I guess defending a legal judgement is wrong nowadays. Out of curiosity is Dermot Desmond cleaner than clean?

HMRC are indeed seeking redress and whilst EBTs were/are perfectly legal they were NOT meant to be used as a means through which contracted salary was paid to evade tax. This was exactly the case with Rangers (and indeed other clubs) as you should well know. Why people defend the indefensible?Only a Gers fan can't see the irony of getting preachy about the past when the man most fans want to see in charge of the club is a self confessed tax dodger and fraudster on a massive scale!!

London I understand Paccaman, , you wanted to be a comedian but gave up because people kept on laughing at you...I actually like your postings, they r as much use as a handbrake in a canoe...Makes me laugh, when they the present Board ,ask people to vote the King proposals down.While they ,have their meeting at a swanky hotel, which the ordinary shareholders/fans could only dream of staying.The Fans,have already spoken,by not turning up for games,by not buying out of sack cloth and Ashleys, Zero hours .stores...5 New Signings..sorry,, 1 playing and 4 injured signings...and a Board that likes horse racing,cause they got blinkers on.But come. the EGM in March , they will be put out for the old retirement pasture...

MR Ms Biscuit Tin Never mind ,never mind, setttle down , all you Celtic fans, who love to go on about the Tax Man.Maybe we should bring back your Biscuit tin with MR Mccan....Looking at the New Venue ,its a 5 Star Hotel and you will not get a Room under £150 a go,unless your a squatter ....You get a free Bathrobe...oooo Jings ,you can,t book in before 15.00 hours, and have to book out by 11.00am ... well once the EGM ,starts they the present Board could be out by 17.00 hours on the same day...O sad isn.t it ,you do not get refunds...

Re: hi chaz - The AGM being held in London makes absolutely no difference to the democratic process but it does reduce the chance of loonies disrupting it with violence and Rangers once again appearing in the papers for the wrong reason.The AGM is simply a voting mechanism and all votes can still be submitted via proxy and will be counted as per normal. The resolutions will pass or fail just as they would in Glasgow.

Re: No Dignity paccamac - Not just cheating the HMRC, but wholesale cheating now. Its seems to have grown in the space of a week or two. Have you read about HMRC's failure twice to prove what the consider to be tax evasion, perhaps you're just too dim-witted or obsessed to read the details. EBT schemes were legal at the time they were being used, they were used by many companies as a means of legally mitigating the tax burden, note the word legally. HMRC have failed twice to prove there was any wrongdoing in Rangers actions in using the EBTs but continue to waste tax payers money in attempting another appeal which is doomed to failure as Rangers actions were legal and above board.There is the issue of the paye/ni contributions which Craig Whyte withheld, I have no problem in admitting that money was owed to the authorities and should have paid at the time. Wholesale cheating of every club in the SPL, that's funny, how did your confused little mind dream that one up. Do you remember LNS words, "no sporting advantage achieved". Am I now to believe that you are more intelligent that LNS and impartial in your views hahaha you sad little person
