dunekiller 08 Mar 2018

Re: Ex-Director sells? I'm sorry but where do you get the figure of 22.5m sales. Since June 2017, Mr Ward has transferred 11m shares to 'another party'. Even if he has cashed these in they only amount to £760.8k. He is no longer a director of the company and just like any other shareholder is entitled to sell or buy shares as he wishes. He personally holds 88.4m shares at present. Good luck to him and other shareholders. This tittle-tattle is detracting from the main debate. We should be talking about the future prospects of RED.

Re: Ex-Director sells? "complicated scenario of reducing tax liabilities in the family firm of Alchemy by way of accounting for professional fees"Sounds to me like a complicated way of trying to justify a sale of 22.5m shares (over a quarter of his holding), netting himself around £1.5m. Also at odds with your earlier post, "The rns clearly states that John Ward has upped his stake in the company".Isn't a far simpler explanation that he's just cashing in some of his investment now that he's left the company? I also suspect it's REDT that have negotiated the lock-in arrangement for the rest of his shares as they don't want lots of shares coming onto the market in quick succession.Artji

Re: Ex-Director sells? Hmm, more like a complicated scenario of reducing tax liabilities in the family firm of Alchemy by way of accounting for professional fees. We are nearly at year end and Mr Ward has numerous businesses to his name, which he may want to organise. The positive side is that Redt has sold more units and there are more in the pipeline.

Re: Ex-Director sells? Unusual, to say the least, to sign a lock-in agreement for bought in shares. Not only that, he had more shares before this event, so difficult to comprehendthat a purchase of shares has the effect of reducing one's holding. I can only conclude that he reduced his holding, and whoever bought his shares wanted assurance that he would not flood the market with more shares.Would be glad to hear ha better explanation.ws

Re: Ex-Director sells? Wrong again WS. The rns clearly states that John Ward has upped his stake in the company and has locked these additional shares into the company for 12 months.

Re: RNS £750k grant Stafai and WS - Your comments are somewhat down beat on the rns today. The grant of £750k allows RED to improve its product without having to dip into its own finances. Not just that but government backing opens the door to the possibility of future grants and gives potential customers and investors a signal that has the stamp of government approval. Don't be so negative. This is great news.

RNS £750k grant See RNS. The Government grant of £750k is nice, but might it transpireto be a drop on a hot plate?ws

Ex-Director sells? Today's RNS is somewhat confusing. Looks like a disguisedway of telling us that ex-Director John Ward has reduced hisholding to 63.8 million shares (from 86.4 million shares atlast count). wsp.s. Had to go to LSE's website to find the RNS.

Re: Buying on ii If the stated price stands at 7.2p your buy-order will Not be triggered despite the actual deals being done at 7.1p. That is my xperience anyway. WS

speck you later 15 Feb 2018

Buying on ii Had a buy order today with a limit of 7.1p - plenty of trades below this price but the order was not filled. Not impressed with the brokerage.

Re: Sales...? It all sounds a bit dubious. I fear sales have stagnated purely due tolack of demand. I might be proved wrong, but I have taken my money out and put it on LPA, where good profits are being madenow, not at some hopeful point in the distant future (if ever).Sorry to be so negative, but looking at the RED's performance record, I fear losses, and more losses.ws

Re: Sales...? The membrane is the heart of the machine and I am sure the short life of such would have been mentioned. The paper you refer to is over 3 years old and eludes to other types of membrane and a quick search of ion exchange membrane for redox comes up with others as well.I to am not technically astute with these machines and would like to ask for more info about your post.
