Remaining Cash There's roughly just £1.9m cash left in the bank for Rosslyn. This to my experience means it'll almost certainly go for a right's issue to add a buffer & accelerate the company. Especially since their IPO was quite muted; it would seem very tempting to have a second go with a far larger potential uptake, now that Rosslyn has more visibility. Results look like progress however.
"Wildnet was a small private software company in which Mr Quinn had previously invested. It has outstanding liabilities owed to third party and trade creditors of approximately £17,000." Did Mr Quinn sell his shares today, which of whom I suppose may of been the 395,757 sold 11:22am. If so, this was done *before* the announcement (not sure how allowed this is) in order to pay back the liabilities owed for Wildnet?

Re: Cash quickly disappearing! Corrected title.. shameful !! On a serious note, they've got tight deadlines in the coming year. This is a big risk to hold. I'm currently 50% down with Rosslyn on my small 1,600 share holding. I won't dare buy back into this one!

Re: trade at 13.5p??!! Well it is reported at 13.5 but afterwards there was a much bigger trade at 16.5, so maybe fat fingers? The advertised spread on this share is so wide it's virtually impossible to hazard a guess at buy or sell on trades as the real hidden spread is always much tighter.

I was just looking back at some of the publicity that RDT create for themselves and was wondering if anyone here knew if this had gone any further than just the offer to the Mayor as I cannot find any more mention of this other than the press release. New Contract My post on 20/1/15 mentioned the CEO statement " the pipeline is growing strongly & we expect to announce new business wins in the coming weeks".After the 5 year $1m State University of Florida we now have the latest, to provide cloud analytics to E&I Consulting Groups 3000 members ie colleges,universities,hospitals,research institutions etc.,Well done to the sales teams, the U.S. is the place to be for RDT.
Rosslyn Pays for Exposure Well, Rosslyn was down 7% at one point earlier today - finally found out why. Rosslyn must of forked out a lot of money on a marketing spend on this:[link] appoints Good Relations Group to help get new business - Markets understandably reacted badly but then later settled.
Directors purchase Hugh Cox's purchase immediately after the close period restriction period, although not a huge investment (£7k) was nice to see. It "usually " means that things are looking up or at least the share price is cheap! Watch this space!,
