Re: Mayfair No, didn't go to Mayfair (live too far away).Yes, have seen the Capetown clip. Explains things quite well I thought.Agreed, its all looking good for the future. No sure about those strange trades. Most AIM shares seem to get those from time to time.
Re: Mayfair some curious trades in the last ten minutes today....
Re: Mayfair Thanks for that Rod, did you go along to Mayfair?Have you seen the Capetown clip, under the news tab.Looking good for the next few weeks...
Re: Mayfair Presentation from last week:[link]
Mayfair Anyone going tonight? why so quiet here? We hit 20p recently.Derisory amount - no surprise. The fact that it took so long to get there.... BIG surprise.Spud.

Director buys Again!!!!!! 20p this wave? fingers crossed
Re: First Production and Shipment And now the follow on placement at 'not less than 14p'As they have delivered so far, I'm inclined to support the placement.I think it adds about 10-12% to the share capital.
First Production and Shipment New RNS:[link] the rare earth element mining company, is pleased to announce it has exported its first shipment of rare earth concentrate from its Gakara Project in Burundi ('Gakara'). Gakara is one of the highest grade rare earth element mining projects globally, with an estimated in situ grade of 47-67% Total Rare Earth Oxide ('TREO'), and the Company is targeting a production rate of 5,000tpa by the end of 2018."...
Re: RNS I am actually more pleased by the anomalies....RBW business model looks ok on the product/price and operation front, especially after recent increase in REO price. The most worrying factor possibly was the amount of material in the ground, (beside geopolitical). These anomalie seems to be huge some up to 2700 in diameter at dept....its a lot of concentrate down there, if drilling will prove the grade etc....
RNS Nice little RNS to keep us warm on a blustery November morn.[link] favourite part is not the anomalies, but the fact that we are still on course to ship the first concentrate within the next five weeks. Hopefully, we should be able to get a better idea of how much we are getting per kg/tonne compared to our total costs for kg/tonne.
NdPr Oxide Supply and Demand Also posted on London South East investor board.[link] to see that supply of NpPr is still in decline till 2020 (see page 9) while demand is in uptrend.Prices should keep strengthen.
Re: 80% increase in sales prices. coldascheese, "Thats a massive increase-time to get in before first sales in December. "Coming from a multi-year low, though. It also appeared to be referenced as 70% in the latest RNS. Still, its important that they appear to have bottomed and are slowly rising. China cracking down on illegal REE operations may have something to do with it. If so, long may it continue, some people estimate 1/3rd of the global supply comes from illegal operations in China.I don't know if anyone can help on this, but the only info I've found on concentrate prices appears to be in bands. I.e. 51-60%, 61-70%, 71-80% etc. and only updated every 3 months (on Shanghai metals exchange). Are these just guide prices? It has been noted by the CEO, I think it was, that each sale will be negotiated separately. I hope so, otherwise getting the grade up from say, 61% to 67% sounds good, but wouldn't actually mean anything for revenue. Just as an example.More importantly, when the grade is being projected as 67-73%, that could fall in different bands, depending what it comes out at. That might be quite significant in the sale price and consequently the viability of the operation.
Re: Talking of Newsflow DS, "It wouldn't surprise me if it was a case of AI journalism. "It would surprise me, it being from Stockmarket wire. However, the angle taken it may as well have been generated by an Artificial Intelligence journalist. Google finance references them all the time and they are useless (at the moment). They're also very annoying because they have names like 'The Times' which cause you to want to take a look, assuming them to be a serious piece of news. In almost all cases they are not. I've stopped using that 'news' link on Google no its a total waste of time.
