Next funding for QFI I think they probably have someone in the wings and are agreeing the finer details. I think the QFI board are in between a rock and a hard place to be fair. But to keep this going if they already have the partner in place with equity linked funding it seems to me they are not a dead duck yet. If they are still searching then maybe it is good night Vienna. Time will tell. What strikes me though is if this is allowed to go to the wall, will one of these potential equity linked partners pick it up for a song from the administrators? If so it will be us AIM private investors who once again will be bent over with trousers round are ankles. Mr P

Next funding for QFI “As a result, the Company confirms that it is now seeking equity or equity-linked funding to enable the Company to continue with its business development initiatives beyond early October 2019 with a view to capitalising on recent business development progress and, ultimately, to delivering commercial projectsâ€. Complete erosion of the last few months gains with one miss-timed statement. A new funding round at todays level is a disaster really don’t understand why the advisors would want to release this statement rather than a done deal on funding once completed. We really need a partner to move forward NOW to the next stage to help with the SP and the funding. So disappointing after a few months of goods news gone…Yet again lets wait and see what happens. I will be seriously worried for the company now if we don’t have new funding in place by end of August latest. Any views???

Next funding for QFI Yep & 3 months left on current cash, they can’t raise money forever, one day they are going to have to call it a day. Pointless signing all these partnerships & Memorandums if no one actually wants the product.

Next funding for QFI Looks like a leak and a pretty bad one too. SP now 50pc down on 2 days ago and thank god I got out a while back. Posters on LSE are stating the company was wrong to word the RNS this way but to me it just proves that there was a leak. Good product here but the wrong captain.
