Provexis I appreciate the information provided - i intend to write in and establish the legality of this situation. We have been treated with total contempt in all of this. Some of the other holders who have tried to defend all this look really stupid now. That is of little consolation to me though. Thanks again - will get my letter off tonight.

Provexis I will be very interested to hear your response on the legality of this. I am going to guess that as a director of a quoted company as a minimum he needs to declare what country he is actually resident in. Please write in too as alone it’s hopeless they are not going to pay any attention to just one.

Provexis He needs shaming , his secrecy about where he was living shows he knew it was cheeky moving to the other side of the world, has that helped PXS? , taking around £100 k with share options a year is also cheeky for a PT job.

Provexis NOR - would be cautious about replacing him as sometimes better the devil you know.Looking at this objectively: He has a lot of knowledge regarding the company and the patent protection process and losing that knowledge is not in our interest. However he has lost a lot of trust because he has been over generously rewarded for his largely administrative role and also because of his deliberate evasiveness in clarifying where he is living. I will be very interested to hear your response on the legality of this. I am going to guess that as a director of a quoted company as a minimum he needs to declare what country he is actually resident in.

Provexis I 2nd that RP . IF needs to be replaced, Co’s in AIM have codes of conduct I will check about the CEO being absent , living in AUSSIE is being absent imo.

Provexis Fwiw i completely oppose issuing yet more paper to fund any more research.Any further r&d should only be contemplated when it can be paid for out of earned income. If we do not draw the line somewhere this co will become worthless - actually it is almost is.

Like many AIM BOD’s they have been allowed to stagnate by shareholder inertia. Now we pay the price. Let’s see what this week brings but I’m not expecting much.2 What a shame that my please for shareholder support years ago were met with mirth and mockery.As for Farmgal/Bella - too busy having secret shareholder meets in London joining dots and sending cryptic messages over shareholder forums to actually have the wit to share some useful information with the rest of us. How many of us knew that IF had been resident in Australia since SIS demerger? When the initial 2017 announcement regarding By-Health was made it all seemed too good to be true and right now i am getting ever more cynical.Products that were destined for release by end 2017 have not yet appeared and the goalposts move ever wider. Next thing the MOU research will require yet more dilution but they will promise the earth in return…it is always jam tomorrow with this lot. The shareholders are entirely to blame for allowing it to be so and i have said as much for many years now.

Provexis Thanks BB I value what you say . I am so under the water here it really pisses me off. IF told me on the phone that doing the OO at 2p was a good idea and like a idiot I followed his advice. Hope you are right about not being de-listed. For those that don’t know BB here is a old one of his - he is wise Boring Bernie this user is in your favourites list 5 UP I’m not complaining lad, I’ve done OK. Even when I sold before the Daily Fail had their little rampathon I made a miniscule profit. The only reason you think I’ve done well is because my expectations have been lower than your average poster ( and maybe lurker too ) so I’ve sold up two or three times ( I honestly can’t remember ) when others were giving it the “boom†sh^te. It means nothing. After 20+ years of investing I can safely say that a lot of it is down to luck. I transferred a few fund based ISA’s into my own control about 12 months ago and invested in about six companies. Two of them I was hoping for about a 30 to 40% 12 month return on. The one I thought was the best bet is up about 15%, the other’s up 200% ( others have dropped, but I don’t like to talk about those ). The market decides these things and there’s not always a logical reason for why things happen so you just have to go with the flow a bit. In general. The best advice I can give you is :- Don’t be greedy Ride your winners Cut your losers Balancing (1) and (2) is a pain. How long can this pigs trough keep getting filled with no return to share holders. If IF had any shame he’d resign Obviously I’m going to look a right tit if we get some bad news next week, but I think the chances of us being delisted in the next couple of years are very small. Provexis 6 more Patents allowing the Chines company By-Health in partnership with DSM to produce Fruitflow in China and sell around the world, and next Tuesday 30th July the trade talks between the US and China resume, influencing a general Bull Market in my opinion and we should be getting an update on all whats going on with Provexis and DSM and By-Health by next wednesday. IMHO

Provexis redprince: Six working days left in this month…update due by Wednesday of next week Tomorrow maybe ? To be honest, I wouldn’t be overly surprised if they kicked it down the road again. If it wasn’t for the fact that there was just over 550k of cash at the end if Sept I’d be wondering about going concern issues and a suspension, but that seems very unlikely Time will tell and all that BB
